We invite you to participate on the International Folklore Festival in Antalya, Turkey
“The Place Where the Sea Meets the Dance” September 23 – 28, 2025 Antalya, Turkey

Antalya is the pearl of the Turkish Mediterranean – a city that combines ancient history, unique nature, and modern tourist infrastructure. With its sunny beaches, warm sea, ancient ruins, and vibrant cultural life, Antalya is the perfect place for inspiration, celebration, and intercultural exchange.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS:

International participation – groups from various countries are expected to present their musical and dance heritage.
Performances can be accompanied by live music or CD.
Full board – breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided by the organizers.
Free time for rest and sightseeing in Antalya.
Groups must consist of a minimum of 25 and a maximum of 45 people.
The list of participants must be sent no later than August 15, 2025.
Each ensemble must bring the national flag of its country.
Groups arrive on September 23, 2025 and depart on September 28, 2025 (after breakfast).

PARTICIPATION FEE:

185 Euro per person for the entire period (4 nights with full board).

Accommodation at the 4-star “Belkon” Hotel, located near the sea.
Full board – breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Accommodation in double and triple rooms.

Transportation Conditions:

For groups arriving by bus – 2 drivers + 1 group leader are exempt from the participation fee.
For groups arriving by plane – 1 group leader is exempt from the participation fee.

Each group wishing to participate must fill out a Application form for participation.
