INVITATION

Welcome to the International Festival “Art Unites Us – Cyprus 2025” in the beautiful city of Larnaca. This festival brings together a wide variety of performing arts groups for a celebration of cultural traditions and artistic exchange in one of the Mediterranean’s most captivating destinations.

 Festival Highlights

• Open to folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, choir ensembles, instrumental groups, orchestras, and other art performers.
• Prepare at least 2 performances (10–15 minutes total) — folk dances or other stage acts, using live music or USB.
• Experience Cyprus, the “golden-green leaf thrown into the Sea,” with tall mountains, fertile valleys, wide beaches, and over 10,000 years of history.
• Enjoy Cyprus’s hospitality, delicious cuisine, and warm Mediterranean seas.
• Each group should bring the national flag of their country.

 Participation Details

Eligibility & Requirements

• Maximum of 3 groups per country.
• Groups may include dancers, musicians, managers, parents, and accompanying persons.
• Submit a short resume (5–6 sentences in English) and 5 group photos at least 20 days before the festival.
• Each group arranges their own transportation to Cyprus.
• Transfers from Larnaca Airport to the hotel and back are provided by organizers.

Participation Fee

• €330 per person for 5 nights / 6 days.

Includes:

• Accommodation in a 3-star seaside hotel in the historical center of Larnaca.
• 2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner) at a nearby restaurant.
• 1 free participation per 25 dancers.
• Souvenirs, gifts, and certificates for each group.
• Prize awarded to the group.
• All transfers within Cyprus, including to and from Larnaca Airport and performance venues.

Hotel Facilities:

• Located near the beach and historical sites.
• Comfortable rooms for groups and accompanying persons.

Not Included:

• Flights to/from Cyprus.
• Personal liability and health insurance (each group is responsible for their own).

Payment Terms:

• A 10% advance payment is required once participation is confirmed.
• Final deadline for registration: 10 September 2025.

 Festival Program

• A detailed day-by-day program will be provided upon arrival in Cyprus.

 Excursions (Optional, Extra Cost)

• Sightseeing in Larnaca: Explore historical sites, beaches, and local markets.
• Trip to Nicosia: Discover the cultural landmarks of the capital city.
• Boat trip along the coast with scenic Mediterranean views.

 Application & Payment Details

• Submit a short group resume and 5 photos at least 20 days before the event.
• A 10% deposit is required once participation is confirmed.
• Final registration deadline: 10 September 2025.
