INVITATION

We are pleased to invite you to the XII International Folklore Festival in Vienna, one of Europe’s most elegant cultural gatherings. Set in the heart of Austria’s capital, this festival offers participants the chance to perform, connect, and explore a city known for its rich artistic legacy and imperial charm.

Festival Details

• Location: Vienna, Austria

• Eligible Participants: All performing arts groups

Festival Welcomes

Folklore ensembles from:

• Austria, Sri Lanka, Romania, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Poland, Lithuania, Mexico, France, Ukraine, Greece, India, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary, Montenegro, Slovenia, and more.

General Rules

• Performance duration: 10 minutes per group
• Music options: Live orchestra or CD
• Each group must bring their national flag
• Groups are responsible for their own transport
• Seats are limited—early registration is recommended

Accommodation Info

Accommodation Packages (2 nights with breakfast, 1/3 or 1/4 room occupancy):

• €165 – 4-star hotels (e.g., Event Hotel Pyramide)
• €155 – 4-star hotels (e.g., Hotel Rainers 21)
• €145 – 3/4-star hotels (e.g., Arion City Hotel, Hotel HB 1 Neudorf)

Included in Price:

• 2 nights accommodation (bed & breakfast)
• Organizational costs
• Diplomas and invitation letter
• 1 free spot for every 25 paying participants

Additional Costs:

• Supplement for double room: €5 per person per night
• Extra dinner:
• €25–€35 in hotel
• €20–€25 in restaurant

• Travel insurance (required, not included)
