INVITATION

Welcome to the First Edition of the International Choral Festival DUBAI GOLDEN VOICES. Open to choral groups, vocal ensembles, singing groups, orchestras, majorette teams, folk dance groups, brass bands, and other performing troupes (children, youth, and adults), this non-competitive festival offers a platform for cultural exchange through music and performances across the city’s iconic streets and squares.

Festival Highlights & Goals

 

  • Showcase the cultural traditions of participating countries through choral, vocal, and instrumental performances.
  • Provide opportunities for performing groups to build friendships, network, and present their heritage.
  • Bring music closer to Dubai’s public by hosting open-air concerts and street performances.
  • Celebrate both traditional and contemporary repertoires in a non-competitive environment.
  • Enjoy Dubai’s modern cityscape, warm hospitality, and vibrant cultural scene.

 


Participation Details

 

Eligibility

  • Open to international groups of all ages.
  • Limit of 3 groups per country.
  • Maximum of 50 members per group (including singers, managers, accompanists, and accompanying persons).
  • Groups must prepare a 12–15 minute performance (live or on USB).
  • Choral groups should prepare a 12-minute free program (acapella or accompanied).
  • Required submission (in English):
  • Short CV (5–6 sentences)
  • 5 high-quality group photos
  • Link to a recent performance video
  • Each group must bring their national flag.
  • Groups are responsible for their own transport to/from Dubai.

Registration Deadline

  • All application materials and payments must be received by 13 October 2025.

 


Participation Fee

 

Accommodation Packages (per person)

  • €189 for 4 nights / 5 days (Bed & Breakfast)
  • €238 for 5 nights / 6 days (Bed & Breakfast)

Hotels

  • 4‑star accommodations:MD Hotel by Gewan or Grand Excelsior Al Barsha
  • Rooms: triple occupancy or quadruple apartments
  • Double room supplement: €15 per person/night
  • Single room supplement: €49 per person/night

Meals & Extras

  • Optional hotel dinner (open buffet): €20 per person/day
  • Excursions available at additional cost
  • Extended stay (post-festival): €49 BB per person/night (triple room rate)
  • Tourist tax: €2.50 per person/day

Complimentary Package

  • One free package for every 38 paying participants (38+1 rule).

Not Included

 

  • International flights and travel insurance
  • Local transportation in Dubai (except organized excursions)
  • Personal expenses (meals beyond breakfast, shopping, etc.)

 


Insurance

 

Groups must secure personal liability and health insurance. First Aid and medical assistance will be on standby; however, all medical costs are the responsibility of the group.

Day 1 – 13 December 2025

  • 13:00 – Arrival in Dubai, hotel check‑in
  • Afternoon – Free time (beach or rest)
  • 21:00 – Welcome meeting with festival organizers and group representatives

Day 2 – 14 December 2025

  • 08:00–11:00 – Breakfast
  • 11:00–18:00 – Free time (beach or optional Dubai city tour)
  • 19:00–21:00 – Optional hotel dinner or visit to Mall of the Emirates

Day 3 – 15 December 2025

  • 07:00–11:00 – Breakfast
  • 14:30–23:00 – Beach time or Desert Safari with dinner and show

Day 4 – 16 December 2025

  • 08:00–11:00 – Breakfast
  • 11:00–16:00 – Free time or Burj Khalifa excursion
  • 18:00–22:00 – Festival evening: each group performs a 12–15 minute program

Day 5 – 17 December 2025

  • 09:00–11:00 – Breakfast
  • 11:00–15:00 – Beach time or excursion to Palm Jumeirah & Dubai Frame
  • 17:00–23:00 – Group visit to Miracle Garden & Global Village

Day 6 – 18 December 2025

  • 09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
  • 11:00–18:00 – JBR Beach time or Abu Dhabi tour with lunch in Abu Dhabi
  • 19:30–22:00 – Free time or Dubai Marina Dinner Cruise

Day 7 – 19 December 2025

  • 08:00–09:00 – Breakfast
  • 10:00 – Check‑out and departure of all participants

Note: The organizer reserves the right to adjust the program based on logistical needs.

  5. Desert Safari (14:30–22:30: jeep ride, Bedouin camp, BBQ dinner & live show)

Visa Information

 

Citizens of EU countries do not require a visa to enter the UAE for this festival.
