    With pleasure we INVITE you (Children's, Youth & Adults Choral groups) to participate on  XXII  International DUBAI  Christmas Choir festival  which will be held on 17-22 December 2025

   The Festival light motive is to present and promote choral music of different countries, exchange experience and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation.

 Organizer of the International music festival  is WOFA–World  Festival Association in cooperation with Culture centre in Dubai..

DUBAI -It is magical city. The city in UAE and one of the most visited city in the earth. Located on Arbic sea during winter period the temeperture is 25 - 26 C and the water is 24 C that is wonderfull winter and spring destination. It is afamoues city in the world with many atractions like the highest building Burch Khalifa, Desert Safari, THe 7* hotel Burch Al Arab, Dubai Marina, Magical Fountains at Dubai Mall  and many more atractions.

.Festival program will be held in the Catlic church in " Christ Church Jebel Ali".

REGULATIONS

   Every choir, singing formation and orchestras has the right to participate. Children's choirs   Youth choirs, adult choirs ,man, femaaile and mixied choir formation.

 In order to apply,  application form must be sent, including a photograph of the choir and the conductor as well as a recent audio recording. The requested materials can be sent by email, recording audio can be put on your web site or send by post.  

Festival  is not competitive and the program need to have those sections:

-         Section one – obligatory  performance - Open air, ( is required to perform a 15 minute program of their choice at several outdoor public locations mostly Christmas program)

-         Section two –  spiritual music (program must contain choral arrangements of spiritual songs. The program should last 8-14 minutes in the church 

    By applying to the Festival the choir agrees to respect and to regulate the legal rights of the authors of the works it performs and agrees to give right to the Festival to use any material recorded during the Festival.

Day 1

12.00 – 14.00  Arriving in Dubai ( you can arrive in Abu Dhabi airport also), hotel accommodation in 4* Hotel ,

15.00 – 20 .00  free activities or Excursion

 21.00 Welcome reception with leader of the group

 Day 2

 08.00 -10.00 Breakfast,

 12.00 -14.00 Free time or excursion 

20.00 - 22.00  Singing in the church      

   Day 3

 09.00 -10.00 Breakfast,

11.00 -19.00 Beach time or Excursion 

  21.00 Singing in the city (a capella)

Day 4

 09.00 -10.00 Breakfast,

11.00 -19.00 Beach time or Excursion 

  21.00 Party in the hotel or free time (optional)

09.00 – 14.00 Departure 

Participating conditions are:

-         The number of participants are limited,

-         Each group should consist of most 60 members including singers, managers and musicians

-         Age of the participants are not limited (see sections),

-         Choirs should have prepared at least 2 performance for two sections, 8-14 minutes each with or without instruments,

-         To send short CV and photos of the choirs by mail,

-         To bring a flag of the country,

-  You can arrive day before or day after depends of the flight to Dubai ( you have Air Arabia , Fly Dubai and other airlines that fliy to Dubai and Abu Dhabi..

Vissa for EU citizens is free..

Participation Fee:

 - 189 euro for 4 BB ( 4 nights with breakfast  - open buffet) in triple rooms and double rooms for driver and leaders..assitional double rooms is 1 5euro person/day

- 239 euro for 5 BB ( 5 nights with breakfast  - open buffet) in triple rooms and double rooms for driver and leaders..assitional double rooms is 15 euro person/day

- 279 euro for 6 BB ( 6 nights with breakfast  - open buffet) in triple rooms and double rooms for driver and leaders..assitional double rooms is 15 euro person/day

Tourist tax is 2 euro person /day and it is additional payment.

Dinner is additional 20 euro per person (open buffet)

You have MALL of Emirates on 5 minutes walking where you have all brands for food aith cheap price.

Festival organizers provide:

-         for 35 participants – one gratis,(35+1)

-         souvenir and gift for each group,

-         certificate for attendance,

-         Drinks during performance

-   advertising of the festival (press release, social media promotion, posters and flayers).

Insurance:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

On your request,  You can continue your stay inhotel and price is 48 euro per person per day BB). 

After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival and each group will have guide during festival.

    Transportation: The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane on Dubai airport or ABu Dhabi airport or Sharhaj airport , during the festival days and back to the same  airport.  Price from Dubai and Abu dhabi airport to hotel and back is 38 euro person including the transport from hotel to festival venue and back.

After the festival finish organizers will send you a link where you can take the photos and videos from the festival.
