INVITATION
Welcome to the First Edition of the International Majorette & Orchestra Festival Rhythms of Dubai. Open to choral groups, vocal groups, singing groups, majorette teams, orchestras, instrumental ensembles, and other performing groups (children, youth, and adults), this non-competitive festival offers a unique opportunity for cultural exchange through music and dance performances across Dubai.
Festival Highlights
- Open to choral groups, vocal groups, singing groups, majorette teams, folk dance groups, brass bands, orchestras, instrumental ensembles, soloists, and other art performers.
- Public performances in the streets and squares of Dubai.
- Showcase the cultural traditions of your country.
- Establish friendships through music and dance.
- Enjoy Dubai’s vibrant culture, modern architecture, and warm hospitality.
Participation Details
Eligibility
- Open to international groups of all ages.
- Maximum of 3 groups per country.
- Each group can consist of up to 50 members (including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members).
- Each group must prepare a 12–15 minute performance (live or on USB).
- Choral groups must prepare a 12-minute free program.
- Groups must submit:
- A short CV (5–6 sentences in English)
- 5 group photos
- A video performance link
- Each group must bring their national flag.
- Groups are responsible for their own transportation for arrival and departure.

Participation Fee
Accommodation Packages (per person)
- €189 for 4 nights / 5 days (Bed & Breakfast)
- €238 for 5 nights / 6 days (Bed & Breakfast)
Hotels
- 4-star hotels:MD Hotel by Gewan or Grand Excelsior Al Barsha
- Triple rooms or quadruple apartments
- Double room supplement: €15 per person/night
- Single room supplement: €49 per person/night
Meals & Extras
- Optional hotel dinner (open buffet): €20 per person/day
- Excursions available with additional cost
- Extended stay (post-festival): €49 BB per person/night (triple room)
- Tourist tax: €2.50 per person/day
Free Package
- One free package for every 38 paying participants (38+1 rule)
Fee Includes:
- Hotel accommodation with breakfast
- Festival registration and participation
- Festival gift and souvenir for each group
- Certificate of attendance
- Water during performances
- Advertising and promotion (press release, newsletters, posters)
Not Included:
- Flights and travel insurance
- Domestic transportation in Dubai (except optional excursions)
- Personal expenses
Insurance
Groups are responsible for personal and health insurance. First Aid and medical assistance are available, but all medical costs must be covered by the group.

Day 1 – 25 March 2026
- 13:00 – Arrival in Dubai and hotel check-in
- Free time (beach/rest)
- 21:00 – Meeting with group representatives
Day 2 – 26 March 2026
- 08:00–11:00 – Breakfast
- 11:00–18:00 – Free time, beach or optional Dubai sightseeing
- 19:00–21:00 – Optional hotel dinner or visit to Mall of Emirates
Day 3 – 27 March 2026
- 07:00–11:00 – Breakfast
- 14:30–23:00 – Beach or Desert Safari with dinner and show
Day 4 – 28 March 2026
- 08:00–11:00 – Breakfast
- 11:00–16:00 – Free time or Burj Khalifa visit
- 18:00–22:00 – Festival evening (15-minute performance per group)
Day 5 – 29 March 2026
- 09:00–11:00 – Breakfast
- 11:00–15:00 – Beach time or Palm View and Dubai Frame
- 17:00–23:00 – Visit Miracle Garden and Global Village
Day 6 – 30 March 2026
- 09:00–10:00 – Breakfast
- 11:00–18:00 – JBR Beach or Abu Dhabi tour with lunch
- 19:30–22:00 – Free time or Dubai Marina Cruise
Day 7 – 31 March 2026
- 08:00–09:00 – Breakfast
- 10:00 – Departure
