Welcome to the Jagadhita Intercultural Youth Festival 2025 in the picturesque regency of Buleleng, North Bali. Open to youth performers aged 8–25 (with adult chaperones), music, dance, and cultural performance groups, this non-competitive festival celebrates global youth culture through workshops, performances, and local immersion.

PARTICIPATION INFO
- Who Can Join: Youth ensembles (8–25 years) with up to 35 members (≥ 60% performers); adult chaperones allowed
- Group Size: 20–35 participants (performers, managers, chaperones)
- What to Prepare:
- 2× cultural workshop presentations (20–30 min each)
- 1× main performance (12–15 min)
- 1× gala performance (7–9 min)
- Requirements
- Brief CV in English (5–6 sentences)
- 3 group photos
- Video performance link
- National flag
- All costumes, instruments & music provided by the group
PARTICIPATION FEE
- Accommodation Options:
- Sunari Beach Resort (4-star): Beachfront property with pools, Wi-Fi, and balcony
- Laviana Hotel (2-star): Budget option with swimming pool and set-menu breakfast
- Participation Fee:
- € 300 per person – 6 nights accommodation, 6× breakfast, 6× lunch, 6× dinner, local transport, cultural activities, and more
- Optional Budget Hotel:
- Laviana Hotel – approximately € 260 for 6 nights (same inclusions as above)
- Additional Costs:
- Extra bed at Sunari Beach Resort: € 260 per night (including breakfast)

Day 1 (20 September): Arrival Day
- All day: Arrival at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)
- Transfer to Buleleng (snacks and water provided)
- 14:00 onward: Hotel check-in; free time to rest
Day 2 (21 September): Cultural Parade & Sunset Welcome
- 07:00–07:45: Breakfast
- 08:30: Cultural Parade at Singaraja City Hall
- 09:00: Performances at City Park
- 11:30: Explore local markets
- 16:30–18:30: Welcome Gathering at La Costa Beach Club
- 18:30–20:00: Welcome dinner
Day 3 (22 September): Opening Ceremony
- 09:00–11:00: Visit Bhuana Kerta Struggle Monument
- 11:00–13:30: Adventure at Krisna Adventure (ATV rides, tree planting)
- 19:00–21:30: Opening Ceremony & Gala Performances
Day 4 (23 September): Cultural Workshops & Main Performance
- 09:00–13:00: Cultural workshops in schools
- 19:00–21:30: Main Performance at Taman Bung Karno
Day 5 (24 September): Balinese Cultural Immersion
- 09:00–13:00: Traditional attire session and group photos at Puri Buleleng
- 19:00–21:30: Closing Performance at Taman Bung Karno
Day 6 (25 September): Dolphin Tour & Farewell
- 06:00–08:00: Dolphin Tour at Lovina
- 19:00–21:30: Farewell Gala & Closing Ceremony
Day 7 (26 September): Departure
