PARTICIPATION INFO

We invite you to participate in the 25th International “GOLDEN SUN” Art and Culture Camp, set in the beautiful city of Antalya, Türkiye — known for its Mediterranean coastline, historical landmarks, and dynamic cultural atmosphere. This festival offers a unique opportunity for international exchange, artistic performance, and cultural discovery.

Festival Dates: 22 – 26 October 2025
Location: Antalya, Türkiye

FESTIVAL WELCOMES

• Singing ensembles
• Majorettes
• Chorus groups
• Folk dance groups
• Modern dance groups

Participants must be 8 years of age or older.

GENERAL RULES

• Performances must last between 5–15 minutes and may use live or recorded music
• Groups must bring national flags (2 large and several small), as well as items representing their culture (souvenirs, brochures, postcards, etc.) for the compulsory exhibition
• Each group must have medical insurance; the Organizing Committee does not cover medical or hospital expenses
• Groups must submit an application form and pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance (deducted from final cost)

COMPETITION INFORMATION

Categories: Ethno, folk stage, modern, universal, and others
Awards: Winners of three degrees and diplomas in each nomination
All participants will receive:
• Diplomas and awards from festival founders, organizers, and sponsors

ACCOMMODATION & FEES

Participation Fee: €195 per person

• Duration: 4 nights
• Room type: 2+1 occupancy
• Meals: All-inclusive (breakfast, lunch, dinner)
• Alcohol is prohibited
• Single room supplement: €25 per person per day

Competition Fees (paid upon arrival):

• Soloist – €40
• Duet – €30 per participant
• Trio – €20 per participant
• Group – €10 per participant

Additional Costs:

• Extra day (3 meals included): €40 per person per day
• Airport transfer (Antalya Airport), per person:

 - 1–5 people: €60
 - 10 people: €45
 - 20 people: €35
 - 50 people: €30
