INVITATION

We are pleased to invite you to the International Festival in Antalya, Turkey. This event is a unique opportunity for cultural exchange and artistic celebration by the Mediterranean Sea. Join us for five days of vibrant performances, creative expression, and unforgettable memories.

Festival Details

• Dates: 16–20 June
• Location: Antalya, Turkey
• Director: M.E. & WOFA 

Participation Info

Age Requirement:

• Participants must be 8 years or older.

Eligible Categories:

• Folk Dance
• Modern Dance
• Singing Ensembles
• Majorettes
• Chorus

Performance Duration:

• Each group may perform for 5, 10, or 15 minutes.

Music:

• Live music or pre-recorded tracks (CD) are accepted.

Group Requirements:

• Bring two large and two small national flags.
• Bring souvenirs, books, brochures, postcards, and other items representing your country.
• Bring items for mandatory sales exhibitions and cultural exchange meetings.

Awards & Recognition:

• Competition categories include: ETHNO, Folk Scene, Modern, Universal, and others.
• Winners will be awarded three degrees of prizes in each category.
• All participants receive diplomas and awards.

Competition Evaluation Fees

• Soloist: €40
• Duet: €30 per participant
• Trio: €20 per participant
• Groups: €10 per participant

Accommodation Info

Participation Fee:

• €195 per person for 4 nights (All-Inclusive, alcohol prohibited).

Accommodation:

• Rooms for 2+1 people.
• Single room supplement: €25 per person per day.

Not Included in Participation Fee:

• Competition evaluation fees
• Extra nights: €40 per participant per day (includes 3 meals)
• Medical insurance: Each participant must provide their own insurance.
• The organizer does not cover medical or hospital costs.
• Emergency ambulance services will be available.

Application & Payment

• Submit an application form to confirm participation.
• Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, deductible from the final payment.

Excursion Info

During the festival, groups will have the chance to explore Antalya through organized excursions. These typically include visits to historical sites, natural landmarks, and cultural attractions.

• These tours are a fantastic way to deepen your understanding of Turkish culture and to unwind after festival activities.
