FESTIVAL DETAILS

● Dates: June 16 – June 20, 2025
● Location: Antalya, Turkey
● Director: M.E. & WOFA
● Application Deadline: May 16, 2025

PARTICIPATION INFO

● Age Requirement: Participants must be 8 years or older
● Eligible Categories:
● Folk Dance
● Modern Dance
● Singing Ensembles
● Majorettes
● Chorus
● Performance Duration: 5, 10, or 15 minutes per group
● Music Options: Performances can be accompanied by live music or pre-recorded tracks (CD)
● Group Requirements:
● Bring national flags (two large and small per group)
● Souvenirs, books, postcards, brochures, and other items representing your nationality
● Items for compulsory sales exhibitions and cultural exchange meetings
● Awards & Recognition:
● Competition Categories: ETHNO, Folk Scene, Modern, Universal, and others
● Prizes: Winners will receive three degrees of prizes in each competition
● All participants receive awards and diplomas

COMPETITION EVALUATION FEES

● Soloist: €40
● Duet: €30 per participant
● Trio: €20 per participant
● Groups: €10 per participant

ACCOMMODATION INFO

● Participation Fee: €195 per person for 4 nights (All-Inclusive, alcohol prohibited)
● Accommodation Details:
● Shared rooms: 2+1 person rooms
● Single Room: Additional €25 per person per day
● Not Included in the Fee:
● Competition evaluation fees (paid upon arrival)
● Additional days: €40 per day per participant (3 meals included)
● Medical Insurance:
● All participants must secure their own medical insurance prior to the festival
● The organizing committee will not cover medical or hospital costs during the event
● Emergency ambulance services will be available if needed

● Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which is deductible from the final payment

● These excursions are designed to give participants a deeper understanding of Turkish culture and provide a chance to relax and enjoy the stunning landscapes after the festival activities.
