XV International Music & Dance Festival – DUBAI PALM FESTIVAL
We are excited to invite you to the XV International Music & Dance Festival “DUBAI PALM FESTIVAL”, a prestigious cultural event set in the vibrant city of Dubai, UAE. This festival brings together performers from around the world for a unique blend of artistic expression and international friendship.

Participation Information
We welcome the following groups:
- Folk ensembles
- Choral groups
- Orchestras
- Brass bands
- Majorette teams
- Vocal groups
- Art schools
- Soloists and other performing groups (children, youth, and adults)
Festival Goals
To celebrate and promote international cultural traditions through music and dance, foster new friendships, and offer public performances across Dubai’s streets and squares.
General Rules
- Non-competitive festival.
- 3 groups per country maximum.
- Group size limit: 50 people (including performers, staff, and family).
- Program: 12–15 minutes (USB or live). Choirs: 12-minute program.
- Required: Group CV (5–6 sentences in English), 5 photos, video link, and national flag.
- Groups must handle their own transportation for arrival and departure.
- Each group will receive a certificate and gift from the organizers.

Participation Fees
- €189 per person – 4 nights / 5 days (bed & breakfast)
- €238 per person – 5 nights / 6 days (bed & breakfast)

- Double room supplement: €15 per person per night
- Single room supplement: €49 per person per night

Not Included
- Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per day
- Travel & health insurance (must be arranged individually)
- Medical care is not covered; First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

Extension Option
- Extend your stay for €49 BB per night in 4-star hotel (triple room special rate for festival participants)
Visa Info
- EU citizens do not require a visa for Dubai.
