Festival Objectives

The Rome Art Inspirations Festival aims to promote cultural exchange, preserve national traditions, and provide an international platform for performers in music, dance, and theater. The festival fosters creative development, artistic inspiration, and global collaboration.

Participants

• Soloists, duets, small groups, ensembles
• Folklore dance groups, instrumentalists, choirs, vocalists, theater groups, and more

Categories

• Folklore: Traditional rituals, folk dance, folk music, folk instruments (up to 10 min)
• Vocal: Pop, folk, academic, jazz, original songs (accompaniment or a cappella)
• Vocal-Instrumental: Combined vocal and instrumental performances
• Choreography: Folk, classical, modern, jazz, ballroom, street dance, majorettes, cheerleading, flash mob
• Instrumental: String, wind, percussion, folk instruments (piano not included)
• Theatrical Arts: Dramatic readings, performances, variety miniatures
• Circus Arts: Acrobatics, variety acts, fashion theater
• Defile: Fashion theater, modeling agencies

The festival is competitive, and participants may enter multiple categories with separate applications and fees.

Performance Guidelines

• Soloists, duets, trios: Up to 4 minutes
• Small groups (4-10 participants): Up to 6 minutes
• Large ensembles (11+ participants): Up to 9 minutes
• Multiple entries: Allowed with separate applications and fees

Age Categories

• MINI Kids: 4 - 6 years
• Kids: 7 - 9 years
• Children: 10 - 13 years
• Juniors: 14 - 17 years
• Adults: 18+
• Seniors: 50+
• Mixed Groups

Awards & Recognition

• Grand Prix Winner: Trophy, festival medals, Grand Prix diploma
• Laureates I-IV place: Diplomas, medals, trophies
• Participation Diplomas: For groups and soloists scoring below 4th place
• Debut Diplomas: For MINI KIDS category (4-6 years)
• Letters of Thanks: For teachers and leaders
• Certificates for Free Participation: Awarded upon jury recommendation
• Festival Souvenirs: Badges, magnets, notebooks

Festival Fees

• Groups (11+ participants): €18 per participant
• Groups (4-10 participants): €22 per participant
• Duets & Trios: €30 per participant
• Soloists: €40 per participant

Additional Category Fees:

• Groups (4+ participants): €10 per participant
• Soloists, duets & trios: €20 per participant

Festival Schedule

October 25, 2025 – Arrival in Rome

• Check-in at a 3-star hotel (shared rooms for 3-4 people)
• Optional double room supplement: €14 per person per night
• Free time for evening walk in Rome

October 26, 2025 – Sightseeing

• Breakfast
• Guided walking tour of Rome
• Visit landmarks: Colosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain
• Free time

October 27, 2025 – Competition Day

• Venue: Teatro delle Muse, Rome
• Opening Ceremony & competition performances
• Gala Awards Ceremony

October 28, 2025 – Departure

• Breakfast & hotel check-out
• Departure home

Accommodation Packages

Festival Package – 4 Nights / 5 Days

• Cost: €235 per participant
• 1 free spot per 21 participants (20+1 FREE)
• Mandatory 30% prepayment by August 31, 2025

• 1-night stay in a transit hotel in Hungary (breakfast included)
• 3 nights in a 3-star hotel in Rome (shared rooms for 3-4 people, city tax included)

Additional Costs:

• Festival participation fee
• Double room supplement: €14 per person per night
• Lunch or dinner: €16 per person
• Personal expenses
• Museum entrance tickets
• Transportation services in Rome (hotel to venue and back, airport transfers)
• Travel insurance, visa fees for non-Schengen countries, bus parking, public transport tickets, optional excursions
• The Organizing Committee can assist with transportation bookings in Rome

Important Information

• Submission deadline: July 1, 2025 (early closure possible if capacity is reached)
• Invoices for participation fees will be sent after application approval
• Groups must arrange their own international transportation
• Participants must be accompanied by group leaders or guardians
• Leaders, parents, and guardians are responsible for safeguarding valuables, costumes, and property
• Musical accompaniment and vocal performances in Russian are not permitted
