INVITATION

We invite you to join us on the stunning Olympic Riviera by the Aegean Sea in Greece.

This beautiful region, set against the legendary Mount Olympus, offers a unique blend of mythic landscapes, pristine beaches, and rich history. The nearby city of Litochoro, known as the “gateway to Olympus,” and the vibrant city of Thessaloniki provide a magnificent cultural setting for the festival from June 02-07, 2026.

Festival Welcomes:
Soloists, duets, trios, small groups, ensembles, and choirs.

Genres:
Folklore, Vocal, Vocal-Instrumental, Choreography, Instrumental, Theatrical Arts, Circus Arts, and Defile.

General Rules:
Performance time limits:
Soloists, duets, trios: 4 minutes.
Small groups (4-10 persons): 6 minutes.
Ensembles (11+ persons): 9 minutes.

The festival is competitive. Participants may compete in multiple categories with separate applications and fees.
Groups arrange own transport. Transfers available at extra cost.

 ACCOMMODATION

Half Board (Breakfast & Dinner)
Under 17 years: 320 EUR per person (5 nights)
17 years & over: 355 EUR per person (5 nights)
One free slot for a group leader per 20 paying participants.

Option 2: Cronwell Platamon Resort 4***
Full Board (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) – Limited Availability
Under 15 years: 360 EUR per person (5 nights)
15 years & over: 420 EUR per person (5 nights)
One free slot for a group leader per 20 paying participants.

Accommodation for 5 nights.
Meals as specified per hotel option.

Participation Fees (Separate from Accommodation):
Groups (11+ persons): 18 EUR / participant
Small Groups (4-10 persons): 22 EUR / participant
Duets/Trios: 30 EUR / participant
Soloists: 35 EUR / participant
Additional category fee applies for multiple entries.

Additional Costs:
Extra nights: 45 – 60 EUR per person/day.
Transportation services (airport/hotel, hotel/venue).
Optional excursions (e.g., Meteora from €55, Thessaloniki from €45).
A refundable deposit of 25 EUR per person upon check-in.

 EVALUATION & JURY

The jury consists of 5 professional members from cultural, artistic, and media fields.
Scoring system: 10-point scale

The jury reserves the right to:
Provide recommendations
Withhold the Grand Prix if the score threshold is not met
Modify festival regulations as necessary
Award special prizes

Jury decisions are final.

Awards:
Grand Prix – Diamond Champion: Large Grand Prix cup, medals, and diploma.
Small Grand Prix: Cup, medals, and diploma.
Laureates of I, II, III, IV prize: Individual diplomas, medals, and a group cup.
Special “Debut” diplomas for MINI KIDS category.
All participants receive festival memorabilia, individual diplomas, and medals.

Optional Excursions (extra paid):
Meteora: Visit the breathtaking monasteries built on towering rock pillars. From 55 EUR/person.
Thessaloniki: Explore the rich history and vibrant culture of this major Greek city. From 45 EUR/person.
Mount Olympus: Discover the home of the ancient gods.
