About the Festival

The Greece Art Inspirations Festival aims to promote global cultural exchange, preserve and develop national traditions, and provide a platform for both professional and amateur performers. The festival fosters artistic development while encouraging interaction between different cultures through music, dance, and theatrical performances.

Participants

• Soloists, small groups, ensembles, chamber formations
• Folk dance groups, instrumentalists, choral groups, vocalists, theater groups, and more

Categories

• Folklore: Traditional rituals, folk music, folk instruments, folk dance (up to 10 min)
• Vocal: Pop, folk, academic, jazz, original songs (accompaniment or a cappella)
• Vocal-Instrumental: Performances combining vocals and instruments
• Choreography: Folk, classical, modern, jazz, ballroom, street dance, majorettes, cheerleading, flash mob
• Instrumental: String, wind, folk instruments (piano not included)
• Theatrical Arts: Dramatic readings, performances, variety miniatures
• Circus Arts: Acrobatics, variety acts, fashion theater
• Defile: Fashion theater, modeling agencies

The festival is competitive, and participants can enter multiple categories with separate applications and fees.

Performance Guidelines

• Soloists, duets, trios: Up to 4 minutes
• Small groups (4-10 participants): Up to 6 minutes
• Large ensembles (11+ participants): Up to 9 minutes
• Multiple entries: Allowed with separate applications and fees

Age Categories

• MINI Kids: 4 - 6 years
• Kids: 7 - 9 years
• Children: 10 - 13 years
• Juniors: 14 - 17 years
• Adults: 18+
• Seniors: 50+
• Mixed Groups

Awards

• Grand Prix – Diamond Champion: Trophy, festival medals, Grand Prix diploma
• Small Grand Prix: Trophy, festival medals, diploma
• Laureates I-IV place: Diplomas, medals, trophies
• Participation Diplomas: For groups and soloists scoring below 4th place
• Debut Diplomas: For MINI KIDS category (4-6 years)
• Letters of Thanks: For teachers and leaders
• Certificates for Free Participation: Awarded upon jury recommendation
• Festival Souvenirs: Notebooks, participant badges, memorabilia

Festival Fees

• Groups (11+ participants): €18 per participant
• Groups (4-10 participants): €22 per participant
• Duets & Trios: €30 per participant
• Soloists: €35 per participant

Additional Category Fees:

• Groups (4+ participants): €10 per participant
• Soloists, duets & trios: €18 per participant

Jury & Evaluation

• The jury consists of 5 professional members from cultural, artistic, and media fields.
• Scoring system: 10-point scale
• The jury reserves the right to:

• Provide recommendations
• Withhold the Grand Prix if the score threshold is not met
• Modify festival regulations as necessary
• Award special prizes
• Jury decisions are final

Festival Schedule

June 09, 2025 – Arrival in Greece

• Check-in at selected 3-star or 5-star hotels
• Free evening at the Olympic Riviera

June 10, 2025 – Optional Excursions

• Relax by the seaside or take an optional tour to Mount Olympus, Meteora, or Thessaloniki

June 11, 2025 – Parade & Opening Ceremony (Date to be confirmed)

• Parade of participants
• Opening ceremony & performances
• Competition at Litochoro Amphitheater
• Award ceremony

June 12 – 13, 2025 – Seaside & Cultural Activities

• Relaxation at the beach
• Additional optional excursions

June 14, 2025 – Departure

• Check-out & return journey

Accommodation Packages

Cronwell Platamon Resort 5★ (Full Board)

• Under 14 years: €275 per person
• 14+ years: €325 per person
• Includes: Beach access, sports fields, swimming pools

3-Star Hotels in Paralia Katerini (Half Board)

• Under 17 years: €255 per person
• 17+ years: €275 per person
• Includes: Breakfast & dinner, city tax

Additional Costs

• Festival participation fee
• Extra nights: €45 per person per day (HB accommodation)
• Transport services: Hotel to competition venue, airport transfers
• Optional excursions:

• Meteora: From €25 per person (entry fees separate)
• Thessaloniki: From €25 per person
• Water park entry at Cronwell Platamon Resort (€6 per person)
• Deposit required at check-in (€25 per person, refunded at departure if no damages occur)

Important Information

• Participants must be accompanied by group leaders or guardians.
• Organizers provide accommodation & cultural programs in agreement with participants.
• Application Deadline: April 20, 2025
• Invoices for participation fees will be sent after application approval.
• Groups must arrange their own international transportation.
• Liability for property damage rests with group leaders & accompanying adults.
• Organizers reserve the right to close applications early if capacity is reached.
