About the Festival

The event is held in cooperation with the Cultural Diplomacy Foundation and the Active Integration Foundation (Poland).

The festival-competition is part of a renowned series of artistic events that have been held across Europe since 2014. Its goal is to promote international cultural exchange and provide a platform for both amateur and professional groups to showcase their talents.

Competition Rules & Requirements

• Performance duration:
• Soloists, duets, trios: up to 4 minutes
• Small groups (4-10 participants): up to 6 minutes
• Large groups (11+ participants): up to 9 minutes
• Multiple categories: Participants can enter multiple categories with separate applications and participation fees.
• Age Groups:
• MINI Kids: 4 - 6 years
• Kids: 7 - 9 years
• Children: 10 - 13 years
• Juniors: 14 - 17 years
• Adults: 18+ years
• Seniors: 50+ years
• Mixed Groups
• Submission Deadline: March 30, 2025

Awards & Recognition

• Grand Prix Winner: Trophy, diploma, commemorative gift, festival medals.
• 1st - 4th place winners: Medals, diplomas, and trophies.
• Debut Diplomas: For MINI Kids participants.
• Special Jury Awards: May include a Small Grand Prix.
• Recognition Certificates: For all teachers, choreographers, and group leaders.
• Festival Souvenirs: Notebooks, badges, and other memorabilia.

Festival Fees

• Groups (11+ participants): €18 per participant per application
• Groups (4-10 participants): €20 per participant per application
• Duets & Trios: €30 per participant per application
• Soloists: €40 per participant per application

Additional Category Fees

• Groups (11+ participants): Additional €8 per person
• Groups (4-10 participants): Additional €10 per person
• Soloists, duets & trios: Additional €15 per person

Evaluation & Jury

• The jury consists of cultural and artistic experts from different countries.
• Scoring system: 10-point scale.
• Judging criteria vary by category (dance technique, vocal quality, choreography, stage presence, etc.).
• Jury decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

Festival Program: 4-Day / 3-Night Package

April 30, 2025 - Arrival in Gdańsk

• Check-in at the hostel (4-person rooms, shared facilities).
• Optional: Hotel accommodation available upon request.
• Dinner provided.

May 1, 2025 - Sightseeing

• Guided tour of Gdańsk: Old Town, Neptune Fountain, St. Mary’s Basilica, Long Market Square.
• Optional visit to Oliwa Zoo (€8 per person).
• Return to hostel & dinner.

May 2, 2025 - Baltic Sea Excursion

• Beach walk & relaxation by the Baltic Sea.
• Optional: Bus tour to Malbork Castle (€18 per person).
• Return to hostel & dinner.

May 3, 2025 - Festival Day

• Breakfast & check-out.
• Departure to Sopot.
• Stage rehearsal & competition performances.
• Festival opening & award ceremony.
• Guided walking tour of Sopot.
• Departure home.

Festival Package Cost

• 4 Days / 3 Nights in Hostel (Half-Board): €168 per person
• Includes:

• Accommodation in hostel (4-person rooms)
• Meals: Breakfast & Dinner
• Guided tours of Gdańsk & Sopot (for groups of 25+)
• 1 free group leader per 15 paying participants

Not Included:

• Festival participation fees
• Optional excursions (Malbork Castle, etc.)
• Museum tickets, transport costs, personal expenses
• Transfers to Sopot (additional charge)

Payment Terms

• 30% advance payment required (deducted from the final payment).
• Remaining balance due by April 10, 2025.
• All bank fees covered by the sender.

Additional Information

• Accommodation upgrades available (hotel upon request).
• Groups must attend all scheduled festival events.
• Organizers can assist with transport, meals & excursions.
