About the Festival

Romagna has always been a meeting point for diverse musical cultures. This International Festival is open to all kinds of folklore groups, providing a unique opportunity to perform and share their cultural heritage with other groups and the general public in an incomparable setting.

Folk music and dance transcend boundaries, uniting performers and audiences alike. The festival promotes cultural exchange, fostering a spirit of friendship and collaboration among participants.

The artistic program includes outdoor parades and stage performances. During the parades, groups perform with their own instruments, while for stage performances, the organization will provide an audio system compatible with CDs and USB drives and up to five microphones for amplifying instruments/voices (if required).

Preliminary Program

Day 1 – 26 September 2025 (Arrival & Accommodation)

• Morning: Arrival of all groups and check-in at the hotel.
• Optional cultural excursions available depending on arrival time.

Day 2 – 27 September 2025 (Performance Day)

• Free morning for sightseeing or optional cultural excursions.
• Late afternoon: Parade and performances by all participating groups.

Day 3 – 28 September 2025 (Final Performances & Departure)

• Free morning for leisure or optional cultural excursions.
• Evening:Final performances and parade.
• Certificate presentation ceremony for all participants.

Day 4 – 29 September 2025 (Departure)

• Check-out and departure of all groups.

Participation Fee & Accommodation

Package 1: 3 Nights in a 3-Star Hotel (Half Board, including performance transfers)

• €240 per person (twin, triple, or quadruple rooms)
• €220 per person (third and fourth bed discount)
• Single room supplement: €18 per night
• 1 free spot for every 25 paying guests

Package 2: 3 Nights in a 3-Star Hotel (Half Board, excluding performance transfers)

• €215 per person (twin, triple, or quadruple rooms)
• €195 per person (third and fourth bed discount)
• Single room supplement: €18 per night
• 1 free spot for every 25 paying guests

Package 3: 3 Nights in a 3-Star Hotel (Bed & Breakfast, including performance transfers)

• €220 per person (twin, triple, or quadruple rooms)
• €200 per person (third and fourth bed discount)
• Single room supplement: €18 per night
• 1 free spot for every 25 paying guests

Package 4: 3 Nights in a 3-Star Hotel (Bed & Breakfast, excluding performance transfers)

• €205 per person (twin, triple, or quadruple rooms)
• €185 per person (third and fourth bed discount)
• Single room supplement: €18 per night
• 1 free spot for every 25 paying guests

Extras:

• Non-performers (friends, family, etc.): €5 supplement per person per night.
• Additional nights:

• €47 per person per night (half board)
• €37 per person per night (bed & breakfast)

Participation Fee Includes:

• 3 nights accommodation in a 3-star hotel
• Breakfast daily
• Lunch or dinner daily (for half-board options, water included)
• Festival registration
• City tax
• Personal coordinators to assist groups
• Performance transfers (if included in package)
• 1 free package for every 25 paying guests

Not Included:

• Travel expenses to Romagna
• Insurance
• Optional excursions
• Additional transfers
• Any other personal expenses

Important Information

• Groups may arrive or depart one day earlier/later if needed (extra nights at additional cost).
• Each group is responsible for their own transportation to Romagna.
• The festival accommodation packages must be taken by all participating groups.
• The organization can arrange airport transfers upon request.
• Once participation is confirmed, a 30% deposit is required (non-refundable).
• Full payment is due one month before the festival.
• Refund policy: Cancellations up to 10 days before the festival will be refunded. No refunds are issued for cancellations within 10 days of the festival.
