INVITATION

Malgrat de Mar Municipality, EuroArt Production SRL, and Leon Promotions invite Bands, Majorette Groups, Piper Bands, Dixieland Bands, Street Bands, and more to participate in the Malgrat de Mar International Music Festival FIBM 2025.

This non-competitive festival includes various parades and performances in schools, parks, and main squares of Malgrat de Mar, allowing participants to share their culture in a friendly and festive atmosphere.

Malgrat de Mar, located on the Costa Maresme, offers mild weather year-round and over 4.5 km of golden beaches, making it an ideal setting for relaxation and cultural exchange. Participants will stay in 4-star hotels, enjoying full board accommodation near the waterfront.

DRAFT FESTIVAL PROGRAMME

Tuesday, 7th October 2025

• Early arrival of groups (optional).
• Free day or optional excursion.

Wednesday, 8th October 2025

• Arrival of groups.
• Morning: Free time or optional excursion.
• Afternoon: Concert/performance in one of the squares of Malgrat.

Thursday, 9th October 2025

• Morning: Concert/performance in a Malgrat square.
• Afternoon: Free time or optional excursion.

Friday, 10th October 2025

• Morning: Official welcome by the Mayor of Malgrat de Mar at the Local Council’s Headquarters.
• Afternoon: Grand parade along the waterfront and main streets of Malgrat de Mar, followed by performances at Parc Campassol.
• Evening: Spectacular show at the hotel featuring all groups.

Saturday, 11th October 2025

• Morning: Free time to explore Malgrat de Mar or take an optional excursion to Barcelona, Girona, Tossa de Mar, and more.
• Afternoon: Final Festival Parade and performances at Plaza Ancora.
• Awards ceremony following the performances.

Sunday, 12th October 2025

• Possible morning parade/performance.
• Optional excursion.
• Departure of groups.

PARTICIPATION FEE & PACKAGES

Package (4 Days, 3 Nights)

• Twin Room: €215 per person
• Triple Room: €205 per person
• Quadruple Room: €195 per person
• Children (4-11 years) in triple/quad rooms: €185-€195 per person

Package (5 Days, 4 Nights)

• Twin Room: €245 per person
• Triple Room: €225 per person
• Quadruple Room: €215 per person
• Children (4-11 years) in triple/quad rooms: €205-€215 per person

Package (6 Days, 5 Nights)

• Twin Room: €285 per person
• Triple Room: €265 per person
• Quadruple Room: €260 per person
• Children (4-11 years) in triple/quad rooms: €245-€260 per person

Packages Include:

• Accommodation in 4-star hotels near the waterfront.
• Full board meals (buffet-style, excluding drinks).
• Tourist tax.
• Assistance by festival personnel.
• Festival registration fee.
• 1 free package for every 25 paying participants.

Additional Costs:

• Extra nights available: €45 per person per night (full board).
• Airport transfers from Barcelona/Girona available upon request.
• Supplement for non-performers (friends & family): €5 per person per night.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation.
• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Groups must arrange their own airfare/transportation to Spain.
• Participating groups must book the Festival accommodation package.
• Full payment deadline: 8 September 2025.
• Registration deadline: 10 August 2025.
• Cancellations: Refunds possible only up to 10 days before the festival.
