Welcome to the Third Edition of the International Festival in Malta, organized by Leon Promotions and EuroArt Production. Open to concert bands, marching bands, fanfares, majorette groups, flag-waving groups, and bagpipe bands, this non-competitive festival offers a unique opportunity for cultural exchange through music and performances across Malta.

Participation Details
Eligibility
- Open to international groups of all ages.
- Each group must perform using their own instruments.
- Groups must provide a brief history, photos, and promotional materials for advertising.
Application Requirements
- Completed application form.
- 30% deposit required upon confirmation (non-refundable).
- Final payment deadline: 24 September 2025.
- Groups must confirm their participation by the registration deadline: 30 July 2025.
Participation Fee
Festival Package (3 Nights, Bed & Breakfast)
- €245 per person (double, triple, or quadruple room occupancy).
- Single room supplement: €20 per person per night.
- Half board supplement (lunch or dinner, water included): €20 per person per day.
- Children up to 3 years: Free.
- 1 free package for every 25 paying participants.
- Non-performers (friends & family): €5 supplement per person per night.
Fee Includes:
- 3 nights accommodation in a 3-star standard hotel.
- Daily breakfast.
- Tourist tax.
- Transfers from the airport/harbor to the hotel (arrival and departure).
- Transfers from the hotel to all performances.
- Festival registration.
- Assistance by festival personnel.
Additional Costs (Optional):
- Extra nights: €46 per person per night (Bed & Breakfast accommodation).
- Additional airport transfers for participants arriving at different times (available upon request).
Not Included:
- Flights & travel insurance.
- Responsibility for personal belongings.
- Domestic transportation within Malta.
Festival Program
Day 1 – 24 October 2025 (Arrival in Malta)
- Arrival of all international groups.
- Transfers from the airport to the hotels in Bugibba/Qawra/St. Paul’s Bay/St. Julian’s.
- Evening parade & performances (depending on group arrival times).
Day 2 – 25 October 2025 (Parade & Performances)
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Morning or late afternoon: Parades & performances by all participating groups.
Day 3 – 26 October 2025 (Final Performance & Closing Ceremony)
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Morning or late afternoon: Final performance in a Maltese village.
- Awards and presentations by Maltese Authorities and the Festival Organization.
Day 4 – 27 October 2025 (Departure)
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Check-out and departure of groups.
Organizer’s Right to Modify:
- The organizer reserves the right to change the program due to organizational needs.
