INVITATION
We invite you to participate in an International Folk Festival taking place in Sarajevo and on the Olympic mountain Bjelašnica, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 03 to 07 July 2026.
Sarajevo, the capital city, is a unique cultural crossroads where East meets West, offering a rich blend of historical, architectural, and cultural heritage. Just a short distance away, Olympic Mountain Bjelašnica provides breathtaking natural scenery, fresh mountain air, and a peaceful environment. Together, these locations create an inspiring setting for cultural exchange, artistic performances, and unforgettable experiences.
The festival welcomes folk ensembles of all categories, including children, youth, and adult groups.
PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Groups are expected to arrive by their own bus. For groups arriving by plane, transportation by bus from the airport will be organized by the festival. All groups are requested to bring two symbolic gifts for representatives of the Municipality.
All inquiries and communication should be sent via email. Groups are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Bosnia and Herzegovina. There are no hidden costs during the festival period.
ACCOMMODATION
Participants will be accommodated in Sarajevo, with hotel placement determined by the organizing committee.
The participation fee is 170 EUR per person for the full festival duration of 4 nights.
The fee includes hotel accommodation in double or triple rooms, daily breakfast and dinner, and a dedicated guide for each group throughout the festival. All festival performances and official activities are included. For groups arriving by plane, airport-to-hotel bus transfers are organized by the festival.
Optional services available at an additional cost include an extra hotel night at 35 EUR per person, access to a spa and wellness center (sauna, pool, wellness facilities) at 15 EUR per person, and an organized excursion to Mostar, where groups cover only the round-trip bus transportation.
Accommodation options include Hotel BM (3★) located in Sarajevo city center, or Hotel Han (4★) situated in the Olympic Center Bjelašnica, approximately 10 km from Sarajevo.

Free time for shopping at Sarajevo shopping centers (SCC, BCC, West Gate)
19:00 Second festival evening

Excursion to the Olympic mountains Bjelašnica and Igman

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the program. A detailed schedule will be provided upon arrival.
EXCURSIONS AND OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES
(Extra paid)
An optional excursion to Mostar is available, offering a visit to this historic city. Groups are responsible only for the round-trip bus transportation, while the detailed itinerary is arranged by the organizers.
Participants may also enjoy spa and wellness facilities, including sauna, swimming pool, and relaxation areas, located near the accommodation.
