INVITATION

The XIII° International Summer Festival "Meet the Tradition" is a cultural event aimed at fostering mutual understanding, cooperation, and peace among people of different cultures, religions, and ethnic backgrounds. Hosted in Montecatini Terme, Tuscany, this festival offers participants the opportunity to showcase their artistic talents and traditions on an international stage.

Highlights:

• Open to ensembles of all ages and sizes, with a minimum of 25 participants per group.
• Performances accompanied by live music or recorded tracks.
• Each group receives an Honorary Diploma, a valuable souvenir, a gift, and a DVD of the festival events.
• Coverage by Italian national and regional TV channels, radio stations, newspapers, and magazines.

Performance Guidelines

• Performance Duration: Each ensemble has up to 10 minutes to perform.
• Performances should showcase dances, songs, or musical compositions of the ensemble's choice.

Package Includes:

• 4 nights’ accommodation in 3 or 4-bed rooms with private bathrooms.
• 4 days half board (buffet breakfast, dinner with 1st and 2nd courses, dessert, and water).
• Festival participation fee.
• Support from festival staff.
• Tourist tax included.

Additional Fees:

• Double room supplement: €7 per day/person.
• Single room supplement: €20 per day/person.

Group Discounts:

• For every 25 participants, one is free.
• For groups of 40+ participants, the 41st, 42nd, and 43rd participants are free.

Other Benefits:

• Free parking for buses.
• Bus transfers from airports to hotels can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

Registration Process

To participate in the festival:

1. Fill out the application form (see below) and send it with a brief biography and color photos of the group via email.
2. Pay a 30% advance deposit of the total cost to confirm your participation.
3. Submit the final list of participants (names, birthdates, and passport details) by 30 June 2025.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 days before arrival: No penalty.
• 59 to 15 days before arrival: Deposit withheld, additional 50% penalty of the total booking cost.
• Force majeure events: Deposit transferable to future Sopravista festivals within three years.
