INVITATION

The XI° International Spring Festival "Garda’s Lake" is a celebration of diverse artistic talents, bringing together participants from across the globe to perform and share their cultural heritage. Set against the stunning backdrop of Garda’s Lake in Italy, this festival welcomes ensembles of all ages and artistic genres.

This non-political, inclusive event promotes cultural exchange and harmony, rejecting any form of discrimination or intolerance. Groups are encouraged to bring their national flags and name panels, along with a small gift for exchange with fellow participants.

Festival highlights include performances by folk dance and song groups, choirs, instrumental ensembles, orchestras, marching bands, majorettes, modern and hip-hop dance groups, fashion theaters, and oriental dance performers. Performances will be broadcasted on Italian national and regional TV channels, radio, and featured in newspapers and magazines.

Each group should prepare a program lasting up to 10 minutes per concert. Both live and recorded music are allowed. All participating groups will receive a Diploma and a Plaque, with special thank-you letters provided for team leaders and sponsors upon request.

Conditions for Participation

For Groups (11+ Participants)

Costs of Standard Stay (3 HB / Half Board):

• Hotel* (10km from Garda): €199
• Additional Day: €45
• Hotel*: €225
• Additional Day: €55
• Hotel* Comfort: €245
• Additional Day: €58

Package Includes:

• 3 nights’ accommodation in 3 or 4-bed rooms with private bathrooms
• 3 days half board (buffet breakfast, dinner with 1st and 2nd courses, dessert, and water)
• Festival participation fee
• Support from festival staff

Additional Fees:

• Double room supplement: €7 per day/person
• Single room supplement: €20 per day/person
• Tourist tax: €2.50 per day/person

Group Discounts:

• For every 25 participants, one is free.
• For groups of 40+ participants, the 41st, 42nd, and 43rd participants are free.

For Individual Participants or Small Groups (Up to 10 People)

Registration Process

To participate in the festival:

1. Fill out the application form (see below) and send it with a brief biography and color photos of the group via email.
2. Pay a 30% advance deposit of the total cost to confirm your participation.
3. Submit the final list of participants (names, birthdates, and passport details) by 25 March 2025.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 60 days before arrival: No penalty
• 59 to 15 days before arrival: Deposit withheld, additional 50% penalty of the total booking cost
• Force majeure events: Deposit transferable to future Sopravista festivals within three year
