 With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups,orchestras,brass bands, majorette teams,vocal groups,art schools..) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate on  XI International Music & Dance festival  "SEYSCHELLY MUSIC FEST” 24 - 30 November, Island MAHE, Seychelly 2025

NOTE: If you have flight ticket to arrive day before or day after it is not problem just we need to be informed and to gie you permit for that.

The intention of our invitation  and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music in amaizing island of SeychellyBAI. The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares.   

    SEYSCHELLY- amaizing island with unique beaches and hot see. Capital of the island is Victoria city. The main island is is  Mahe.

      General rules :

-         Every Group has the right to participate. It is  a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.

-  The number of participants are limited (only 3  groups from each country),

-         Each group should consist of most 50 members including dancers, managers,musicians and family members,

-         Ensemble should have prepared program from 15 minutes live or USB.

-  For choral groups and orchestras should prepare free program about 15 minutes The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city and  excursions.

-         To send us short CV (5- 6 sentenceson English), 5 photos of the group and link of video performance

-   The international airport is at island Mahe..

 Day 1

  13.00.Arrivalin in Seycheles,  hotel accommodation and  free time (beach time)

21.00 Meeting with representative of the festival       

  Day 2

 09.00 -10.00 Breakfast 

 10.00 -18.00 Visit – sightseeing ilands (optional)

21.00 Free time Party in hotel (Sociaization) 

      Day 3

09.00 -10.00 Breakfast - buffet

  10.30 –16.00 Beach time or Excursion

18.00 - 21.00  Festival evening (groups need to prepare 15 minutes program)

Participation fee:

- 179 euro for 4 BB per person (4 nights/5 days with breakfast) 

- 229 euro for 5 BB per person (5 nights/ 6 days with breakfast) 

   Hotel accommodation in wonderful 4* hotel Berjaja Beau Vallon Bay Resort in triple rooms  ..double rooms are 15 euro per person per night additional ..  Hotel is with outdoor swimming pool , gym and beach ..it  is 16km from Seyscheley International airport

You can arrange dinner and it is 20 euro per person.                                            

Festival organizers provide:

-         for 35 dancers – 1 is free,(35+1)

-         souvenir and gift for each group,

-         Certificate for attendance,

-   drinks during performance

-         advertising of the festival (press release, news letters, posters)

INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

On your request,  You can continue your stay in Seyscheles Price will be  49 euro BB in 4* hotels – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide in triple rooms.

Tourist tax is additional and it is 2  euro per prson per day.

For the country members of EU not need vissa for Seyscheles .

    After the festival finish organizers will send you link of the photos and videos from the festival program for each group and photos..

   The festival will organize the transfer for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number. 

Also Turkesh airlines has good connections with Seyschelles.

Number of seats is limited on 300.
