Mugla, situated in Turkey's southwestern region, spans both the Aegean and Mediterranean areas. As a coastal city on the Aegean Sea, it holds strategic geographical and tourist importance, attracting visitors from all over the world with its natural beauty and cultural heritage. Mugla’s population is approximately 43,846, covering a land area of 1,582 km², and it sits 56 meters above sea level.

Festival Details

The festival will begin on 5 August 2025 at 16:00 and conclude on 10 August 2025 at 16:00.
Participants must be 10 years old or older.

Eligible Categories:
Participating groups may include Folk Dance Groups, Modern Dance Groups, Classical Dance Groups, Country Dance Groups, Folk Music Groups, Chorus Groups, Classical Music Groups, Instrumental Music Groups, Brass Bands, Country Music Groups, Street Theater Groups, Rhythm Groups, Dumb Show Groups, Acrobatic Groups, Majorette Groups, Flag Groups, and Vocal Groups.

Performance Requirements:

  • Groups will present performances lasting 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
  • Performances may feature live music or use CD/USB recordings.
  • Groups must consist of at least 15 members.
  • No free participation is allowed, regardless of group size.
  • Photos of the group must be submitted with the application form.

The festival program will be announced at a later date.

 


 

Participation Fee

The participation fee is 205 Euro per person for 4 nights on an All-Inclusive (AI) basis. Accommodation is provided in 2+1 person rooms. Single-room accommodation is available at an additional 25 Euro per person per day.

 


 

Transfers

Transfers will only be provided from Dalaman Airport.

  • Dalaman-Marmaris transfer (round trip): 35 Euro per person

Participants must arrange their own transportation to and from the competition hall and festival venues. Assistance with bus rental can be provided upon request. The festival committee will ensure access to the festival area but will not be responsible for delays caused by group transport arrangements.

 


 

Application & Payments

To participate, groups must submit an Application Form. Approved groups are required to pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment.
