INVITATION
The Antalya International Festival fosters mutual understanding and friendly relations among diverse cultures, promoting peace and good neighborly relations. It is dedicated to supporting amateur creativity, exchanging artistic achievements, and enhancing the aesthetic tastes of participants through the finest examples of children's and youth artistic creativity worldwide.
The festival is a vibrant platform where participants can:
- Showcase their artistic talents regardless of type and age.
- Exchange cultural and creative experiences.
- Learn and prepare for more artistic events in the future.

- Start: 16 June 2025 at 16:00
- End: 20 June 2025 at 10:00
- Location: Antalya, Turkey
Participation Criteria
- Age: Participants must be 8 years or older.
- Eligible Categories:
- Folk Dance
- Modern Dance
- Singing Ensembles
- Majorettes
- Chorus
- Performance Duration: Groups can present performances lasting 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
- Music Options: Performances can include live music or pre-recorded tracks (CD).
Group Requirements
- Groups must bring:
- National flags (small and two large per group).
- Souvenirs, books, postcards, brochures, and other items representing their nationality.
- Items for compulsory sales exhibitions and cultural exchange meetings.
- Awards and Diplomas will be given to all participants and winners by the festival’s organizers and sponsors.
Awards & Competitions
- Competition Categories:
- ETHNO, Folk Scene, Modern, Universal, and more.
- Awards:
- Winners: Three degrees of prizes for each competition.
- All participants receive awards and diplomas.
Competition Evaluation Fees:
- Soloist: 40 Euro
- Duet: 30 Euro per participant
- Trio: 20 Euro per participant
- Groups: 10 Euro per participant
Participation Fee
- 195 Euro per person for 4 nights (All-Inclusive, alcohol prohibited).
- Accommodation in 2+1 person rooms.
- Single room accommodation: Additional 25 Euro per person per day.
Not Included in the Fee:
- Competition evaluation fees (paid upon arrival).
- Additional days: 40 Euro per day per participant (3 meals included).
Medical Insurance
All participants must secure medical insurance before the festival. The organizing committee will not cover medical or hospital costs during the event. Emergency ambulance services will be provided if needed.
Transfer Costs (from Antalya Airport)
- 5 People: 60 Euro per person
- 10 People: 45 Euro per person
- 20 People: 35 Euro per person
- 50 People: 30 Euro per person
Note:
For groups smaller than five, the cost is calculated as for five people (total cost for five people applied). Soloists, duets, and trios can opt for separate transfer arrangements at additional costs.
Application & Payment
- Submit an application form to confirm participation.
- Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, deductible from the final payment.
