INVITATION
This festival is dedicated to strengthening mutual understanding and fostering friendly relations among people from different nations, all in the name of peace and good neighborly ties. It provides a platform for amateur creativity to thrive, encouraging the exchange of experiences and artistic achievements among creative teams in Antalya, Turkey, and beyond. By bringing together young and talented performers from around the globe, the festival nurtures artistic expression and appreciation for diverse cultures, helping to shape the aesthetic tastes of future generations.
This dynamic event offers participants the chance to showcase their artistic talents, regardless of their age or art form, while gaining valuable insights and experiences to inspire future artistic endeavors.
 
 


 Festival Rules and Guidelines

Medical Insurance:

Participants must secure valid medical insurance before attending the festival.
The organizing committee does not cover medical or hospital expenses. However, emergency situations will be supported with an ambulance service.
Eligibility:

  • Open to dancers aged 8 years and older.
  • Accepting singing ensembles, majorettes, choruses, folk dance, and modern dance groups.

Performance Guidelines:

  • Performance durations: 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
  • Music can be live or pre-recorded (CD).
  • Participants are encouraged to bring national flags (2 large and small flags matching the group size), souvenirs, postcards, books, brochures, and other items representing their culture for exhibitions and cultural exchange activities.

Awards and Recognition:

  • Competitions will honor winners with three degrees of diplomas in each nomination.
  • All participating groups will receive awards and diplomas from the festival’s founders, organizers, and sponsors.

Competition Fees:

  • Soloist: €50
  • Duet: €40 per participant
  • Trio: €30 per participant
  • Groups: €15 per participant

 



Participation Fee & Accommodation
Participation Fee:

  • €195 per person for 4 nights (All-Inclusive; no alcohol).

Accommodation:

  • Rooms with 2-3 beds.
  • Single rooms available at an additional €25 per person, per night.

Extended Stay:

  • Participants may arrive before the festival to rehearse and adapt.
  • Additional daily fee: €40 per person, per day (for participants and leaders).

 



Airport Transfers
Transfer rates from Antalya Airport:

  • For 5 people: €60/person
  • For 10 people: €45/person
  • For 20 people: €35/person
  • For 50 people: €30/person

Note:
For groups of 1–4 people, the rate for 5 people applies (€300 total).
Transfers for soloists, duets, and trios will be calculated separately if they prefer not to wait for the nearest group.



How to Apply and Payment Terms
Application Process:

  • Interested groups must submit an application form to participate.

Payment Details:

  • Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee upon confirmation, which will be deducted from the final payment.
  • Hotel reservations are confirmed after a deposit of 20% of the total fee is made.
