INVITATION

Istanbul, a city where continents meet, is surrounded by the Black Sea to the north and the Sea of Marmara to the south. The Bosphorus Strait flows between the European and Asian halves of the city, adding to its breathtaking beauty. This vibrant metropolis is a treasure trove of museums, historical landmarks, shopping districts, and lively social spaces. Every year, we invite children and young performers to take part in our festivals and feel the enchanting allure of the Bosphorus.

Festival Highlights and Requirements

Medical Insurance:
All participating groups must have valid medical insurance before attending. The organizing committee does not cover any medical or hospital expenses. However, in emergencies, an ambulance will be provided.

Eligibility:

Participants must be 8 years or older.
Performers may include singing ensembles, majorettes, choruses, folk dance, and modern dance groups.

Performance Guidelines:

Groups can showcase performances of 5, 10, or 15 minutes.
Music can be performed live or played via CD.
Photos of the group must be submitted to the organizing team in advance.

Preliminary Festival Program

Day 1: Arrival in Istanbul in the afternoon, followed by free time, dinner, and a meeting with group leaders.
Day 2: After breakfast, visit the historic Byzantine district, including the Blue Mosque (free entry), Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace, and the Grand Bazaar. Performances will take place on a municipality stage (open-air) in the evening.
Day 3: Morning shopping at local centers or relaxation on the Marmara Sea beaches. In the evening, groups will perform and exchange dances for entertainment, learning Turkish rhythms and traditional dances.
Day 4: Optional Bosphorus boat tour (€20/person) or shopping, followed by evening performances on the municipality stage (open-air).
Day 5: Departure from Istanbul.

The organizing team reserves the right to modify the program if necessary.

Participation Fee & Inclusions

Cost: €195 per person (for 4 nights).

Included:

Accommodation in a 3-star hotel with 2-3 beds per room and en-suite bathroom facilities.
Breakfast and dinner provided daily.

Group Discounts:

Groups of 30+ people: 1 leader or driver free (30+1).
Groups of 45+ people: 2 leaders or drivers free (45+2).

Not Included:

Transportation to festival venues and excursions (costs covered by participants).
Optional Bosphorus boat trip (€20 per person).
Diesel for group buses.

Transportation Options

Airport Transfer Rates (Round Trip):

42-person bus: €25/person
30-person bus: €30/person
20-person bus: €35/person
10-person bus: €40/person

Ground Transportation:
Groups arriving by plane can hire a festival-arranged bus for all ground transportation during the festival. This service includes airport transfers, excursions to historic sites on the European side (one visit only), and transportation to performance venues. The transportation fee is payable to the festival committee on the first day of the event.

Application & Payment Details

Interested groups must submit an application form to confirm participation.

A 10% guarantee fee is required upon approval and will be deducted from the final payment.

Hotel reservations are confirmed after a deposit of 20% of the total fee;
