INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary.
Budapest, the capital and largest city of Hungary, is the nation’s historic, cultural, and economic heart. Divided by the majestic Danube River, Buda enchants with its romantic hills and cobbled streets, while Pest offers a vibrant atmosphere filled with music, art, and life. Known for its thermal baths, grand architecture, and rich traditions, Budapest provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from 2–5 April 2026.

 FESTIVAL WELCOMES

Folk dance ensembles, choirs, vocal groups, and musical orchestras of all ages.

 GENERAL RULES

Performances will take place during one or two evening events.
Groups should bring their national flag and name board.
Participants must provide their own music (orchestra or USB/CD).
Groups are required to send a short history, 3–5 photos, and a performance video via email.
Groups arrange their own transport; local transfers are available at an extra cost.
All participants must have valid international health insurance.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation will be provided in 3-star or 4-star hotels in Budapest.

Participation Fee:

3-Star Hotels:
139 EUR – 3 nights with bed & breakfast
Rooms: triple and double (maximum 5 double rooms free; for more double rooms add 6 EUR per person per day)
Single room supplement: 30 EUR per room per day

4-Star Hotels:
149 EUR – 3 nights with bed & breakfast
Rooms: triple and double
Single room supplement: 35 EUR per room per day

Additional Benefits:
One free spot for every 26 participants (25 paying + 1 free)
Bus drivers included in total group number

Payment Terms:
10% guarantee fee upon approval (deducted from final payment)
20 EUR per person reservation fee (deducted from final payment)
Remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon arrival
If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the festival, the reservation fee is non-refundable

Important Notes:
Group leaders are responsible for their participants’ behavior.
The organizer reserves all rights to video and photo materials.
The organizer may modify the program if necessary.
By applying, groups accept all festival conditions.
