    With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups and orchestras, art schools, ballroom dance groups, modern dance groups,  majorette teams), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on  XI International Music & Dance  festival “VENICE FESTIVAL DAYS ”  08- 11 May , 2025 Venice – Lido De Jesolo

  The Festival  motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.

Venice -  one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Rich with history, charm and tradition, a city which attracts many tourists thanks to the appreciated art, cinema, history and culture that it is able to offer.

Lido di Jesolo is in the Veneto region of Italy. This town which is situated very close to Venice is very popular destination, on the Adriatic see. There are many hotels, shops, different kind of sports, attractions near to the beach andnightlife opportunities which attracts thousands of tourists every summer. A tourist paradise proper, Jesolo has lived and will always live up to its visitors’ expectations. A further feature enhancing the tourist rating of Jesolo is its proximity to Venice, which is a benefit both as to accessibility and as to the opportunity given to visitors to tick off the two major tourist hotspots in an extremely timely and convenient manner.

General rules:

The festival is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras and majorette teams.

Every Folklore ensembles, Choral group, modern dance group, brass bands, orchestras  and majorette Teams has the right to participate. Children's ensembles  Youth ensembles  adult ensembles .On the festival may participate folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.

The number of participants are limited (only 3  groups from each country),

Each group should consist from 20 till 60 members including dancers, managers and musicians.

Ensemble should have prepared at least 2 dances, total program of 12 minutes each with orchestra or USB. The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city.

Ensembles groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure.

Number is limited of 10 - 12  groups and number of participants 400.

Program

08.05.  – Arrival of ensemble at hotel, accomodation...Info-appointment...Tour and introduction to the most popular summer resort in Italy, walking, swimming, tour of Lido di Jesolo,  his beautiful sun beaches, the city... Return to hotel. Dinner.   Overnight stay. Possibility of departure to some of many discoteques in Lido di Jesolo.

       09.05. – Breakfast.  After breakfast, free time in Lido di Jesolo or an optional visit to Verona and Lake Garda - the city of Romeo and Juliet.Walking through the city center and sightseeing: the Roman amphitheater„ Arena „, ", the city square Piazzan Bra, Via Mazzini - the main street,Piazza Erbe with the famous Lamberti tower, Piazza Signori, the tomb of    the Scala family, Julia's house... . In the evening, return to Lido di Jesolo. Dinner. Overnight stay.

 10.05. -  Breakfast. Festival day ! Preparing for Defile. Defile thru the City of Lido di Jesolo. Perform of cultural-art societies. Receiving of certificates and Plaquas. Dinner. Facultative :  Discqotechue.

11.05. – Breakfast. After breakfast departure of ensemble on facultative tour to Venice.  Departure to pier of Punta Sabioni , from where you can take a boat cruise to the historic center of Venice( boat ride is about 30 minutes throgh the lagoon ). Tour of the city : Chiesa della Pieta, Piombi prison,  Bridge of Sighs, Doge”s Palace, pillars protecting the city, the Marciana library, the old Inns of Procuracy, the Core Museum, St.Mark”s Square, St.Mar”s Church, the Campanile Tower, the Astronomical Clock, the Rialto Bridge.. After the tour, free time for walking the streets of Venice.. In the afternoon return by boat to the Port of Punta Sabioni and departure home.. With another meeting next year!!!!!!!

 The arrangment price includes:

-         Hotel accomodation with three stars Hotel“s like Piccadilly  ***, Domingo***,  Metropol***, American ***,  Trento*** ... in Lido di Jesolo based on 3 half board service: breakfast and dinner in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms, supplement for 1/2 rooms is 5 e per person, per night

-         Organization expenses

-         Degrees

-         Program leading

-         Professional assistance

-         Inviting letter

-         Additional seat on every 25 member

     The arrangment price doesn't include:

-         Tourist tax for hotels in Lido de Jesolo in Hotels depends from Hotel chategory

-         Facultative tours (tour of Verona and lake Garda 25 €, ( 10 € with own bus ) ,Venice 25 € ( 15 € with own bus ), Padova 15 € ( with own bus 10 €) Diskoteque 10 – 15 €,  - the price of tour depends exclusively on number of interested to some of the tours and it can be different

-         Additional day ( half board ) is from 45 € depends from Hotel

-         Visa and insurance  (for cultural-art societies visas are free with inviting letter which gets every ensemble from Italian cultural-art society which also takes part in this manifestation)              

Note: all ensembles must provide their own music, leading orchestar or music CD s. Each ensemble is obligated to set a performance in duartion of  10 – 15 minutes.

Number of seats is limited on 400 participants or 10 – 11 groups!
