INVITATION
We invite groups of folk dance, modern dance, ballet, chorus, music band and harmonica on INTERNATIONAL ANTALYA MUSIC & DANCE FESTIVAL” Belek, Antalya ,Turkey from 04 - 08 October 2025
More than one group from each country can participate in the festival with as many participants as they wish. We invite your group or a group or groups you suggest from your country to our festival which is to be held in Antalya which is visited every year by millions of tourists.
Different cultures from different places of the world will meet in Antalya once again. They will send out messages of friendship, peace and love to the whole world from this city, the pearl of the Mediterranean. We’d like to let you know that we’d be honored to see you among us
General rules :
- is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances,orchestras, brass bands, modern dance, choir and vocal groups.
- Every Folklore, Choral group, modern dance, majorette Teams, orchestras has the right to participate. Children's ensembles Youth ensembles , Adult ensembles
- The number of participants is limited (only 3 groups from each country),
- Each group should consist of most 70 members including dancers, managers, musicians and family number,
- Ensemble should have prepared at least 2 dances, 12-15 minutes each with orchestra or USB. For choral groups should prepare free program about 15 minutes The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city and excursions.
- To send us short CV (5-6 sentences on English) and photos of the group,
- To have a flag of your country,
- Groups should have there transport for arrival and departure groups that arrive by plane on Antalya international airport we will provide free transfer to the hotel,

21.00 – 23.00 Presentation and Festival evening on the huge amphitheatre in hotel 5* in Antalya (12 minutes each)

11.00 Welcome reception with leader of the groups with Major of the city (presents from major)

- Participation fee is :160 Euro per person for 5 nights all inclusive service (with 3 meals per day - open buffet and drinks) in 4* hotel Belcon Hotel Belek link:www.belkonhotel.com
Festival organizers provide:
- for 25 dancers – one gratis,
- souvenir and gift for each group,
- Welcome reception with leaders of the group with welcome drink
- welcome reception with major of the city
- Certificate for attendance,
- free parking
- advertising of the festival (press release, Social network promotion posters)
Insurance:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.
On your request, You can continue your stay in Antalya. Price will be 45 Euro per day per person FB (all inclusive) – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide.
After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival and each group will have guide during festival.
After the festival finish organizers will send you LINK from the festival program for each group and photos.The copy right of all video materials and pictures are ownership of the Organization of the Festival.
The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Antalya Airport free of vharge.Also group that arrive by plane will have bus for transfer from the city to the festival venue.
By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions. All detailed information will be supply after your confirmation for participations.
On 2019 were participated over 400 participants and 11 ensembles from 7 EU countries..
NUMBER OF SEATS IS LIMITED on 300 participants and 8 ensembles!!
