NVITATION
VWith pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups,orchestras,brass bands, majorette teams,vocal groups,art schools..) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate on International Dance and Song Festival "COLORS OF THAILAND" from 06 -11 March, Bangkok, - Phuket, Thailand 2025
Thailand culture soft power policy, is the time to present sample traditional or modern dance or music performance by non competition, Thailand capital city , Bankok is a large city known for ornate shrines and vibrant street life. The boat filed Chao Phraya River feeds its network of canals, flowing past the Rattanakosin royal district home to opulent Grand palace and it/s sacred Wat Phra Temple.Bankok is the most visited city in the world in 2023.
General rules :
- is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.
- Every Group has the right to participate.
- The number of participants are limited (only 3 groups from each country),
- Each group should consist of most 40 members including dancers, managers,musicians and family members,
- Ensemble should have prepared program from 15 minutes live or with USB.
- For choral groups and orchestras should prepare free program about 12 minutes The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city and excursions.
- To send us short CV (5- 6 sentenceson English), 3 photos of the group and link of video performance
- To take a flag of the country,
- Groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure,

Participation fee :

- Transportation from airport and back ,from hotel to festival venue
(other transportatons are excursions and it is optional))
- on 25 people - 1 is free (25+1)

INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.
On your request, You can continue your stay in Bankok . Price will be 39 euro HB in 4* hotels – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide in triple rooms.
After the festival finish organizers will send you link of the photos and videos from the festival program for each group and photos..
The festival will organize the transfer for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.
