INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the beautiful city of Wrocław, Poland.

Wrocław, known for its Market Square with colorful buildings and Gothic architecture, offers a perfect blend of history and modern culture.

This city provides the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable cultural exchange during the festival from April 25–28, 2025.

The festival welcomes dance groups (folk, stylized, classical, contemporary, jazz, artistic, street, ballroom, historical, show-bellydance, and other genres), theatre groups, folklore ensembles, fashion theatres, vocal and instrumental groups, choirs, and soloists. Other artistic genres may also be accepted upon review of applications.

The festival is competitive. Performance duration limits are: soloists/duets/trios/quartets up to 3 minutes, small groups (5–9 participants) up to 5 minutes, and larger groups (10 or more participants) or theatres up to 9 minutes. Participants may compete in multiple categories with separate applications and fees.

Age categories: Mini Kids (4–6 years), Kids (7–9 years), Children (10–13 years), Juniors (14–17 years), Adults (18+), Seniors (50+), and Mixed Groups.

Awards include the Diamond Grand Prix, Small Grand Prix, and 1st–4th place trophies with medals and diplomas. All participants receive commemorative gifts, diplomas, and certificates for leaders and choreographers.

 ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is provided in Hostels/Hotels 2* (3–5-person rooms) or Hotels 3* (2–4-person rooms).

Hostel/Hotel 2*: €158 per person
Hotel 3*: €178 per person
For every 20 paying participants, 1 group leader is free of charge.

Festival Participation Fees:
Groups (10+ participants): €18 per person
Groups (5–9 participants): €23 per person
Duets/trios/quartets: €28 per person
Soloists: €40 per person

Additional Performance Fees:
Groups (10+ participants): €10 per person
Groups (5–9 participants): €12 per person
Duets/trios/quartets: €17 per person
Soloists: €23 per person

Included in the package: accommodation for 3 days / 2 nights, breakfast and dinner (starting with dinner on arrival day and ending with breakfast on departure day), a guided tour for groups of 15+ participants, and official invitation documents.

Not included: participation fee, transportation, optional excursions, museum tickets, local transport, and personal expenses.

 PROGRAM

Day 1
Arrival in Wrocław and accommodation in hotels/hostels.
City walk and dinner.

Day 2
Breakfast and free time.
Visit to the Wrocław Christmas Market at the main square.
Vocal ensembles and choirs perform in the International Choral Festival “Belcanto Fest.”
Guided walking tour for groups of 15+ participants.
Dinner.

Day 3
Breakfast.
Competition day with stage rehearsals, sound checks, and practice sessions.
Opening Ceremony, Competition Performances, and Award Ceremony.
Dinner.

Day 4
Breakfast, check-out, and departure.

Visit to Wrocław Zoo and Afrykarium.
Aqua Park Wrocław.
Hydropolis Water Science Center.
City panorama from the 49th floor of Sky Tower.
Evening walk around Ostrów Tumski illuminated by gas lanterns.
