I N V I T A T I O N

    With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups,art schools, majorette teams, orchestras,Ballroom dance groups, modern dance teams) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate on XI International Music & Dance festival “SARANDA MUSIC FEST  ” 16 - 20 October 2025  ,Saranda- Ksamil, Albania 

  The intention of our invitation  and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares.The festival is open for folk and choir ensembles, choirs, vocal groups, as well as orchestras and majorettes regardless of the members gender and age.

    Sarandë id famoues tourist resort in Albania . It is place with wonderfull sands beaches and mountains. It is on the Ionian sea which is very clean,cristal and hot even in october and November.In the center are the arheological remains of 5th century sinagogue,leter and early Christian basilica . The 16 century Lekuresi Castle is on the hill top abowe the towns. Saranda has long promenada where you can find a lot of dhops, restourants and coffee bars. From Sarande 30 minutes ferry boat you have to the island Corfu in Greece.

 Neighboring districts are known for the production of good wine and a variety of foodstuffs.  

 General rules :

-         is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups,Ballroom dance teams,modern dance,art schools, majorette teams...

- Every Folklore,Choral group, majorette Team andother dances and vocal groups have the right to participate. 

- The number of participants are limited (only 3  groups from each country),

-  Each group should consist of most 70 members including dancers, managers,musicians and family members,

-         Ensemble should have prepared at least 2 folk dances, 10-15 minutes each with orchestra or USB. For choral groups should prepare free program about 15 minutes The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city and  excursions.

-         To send us short CV and 5 photos of the group and link of video  ,

-         To take a flag of the country,

-   Wizz Air and Ryan Air cheep flights to Tirana airport or you can arrive in Corfu Island and came by boat to Saranda

-  Groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure,

Day 1

  13.00.Arrivalin Saranda,  hotel accommodation in 4* hotel with own beach, swimming pools (open and close and spa) on 500m to the city center  (beach time)

19.00 – 21.00 Dinner  in hotel

        21.00 Meeting with festival representative

.Day 2 

 09.00 -10.00 Breakfast - buffet

 10.00 -16.00 Beach time or excursions ( sightseeing Sarande or antic place of Butrinti or Blue Eye or Corfu island)

      17.00 - 19.00  Defile and festival evening 

20.00 - 21.00  Dinner  in hotel 

   Day 3

09.00 -10.00 Breakfast - buffet

  10.30 – 18.00 Beach time or excursions ( sightseeing Sarande or Butrinti or Blue Eye or Corfu island)   

19.00 – 21.00  Dinner  in hotel

21.00 Party with all participants around the swimming pool

Day 4

09.00 -10.00 Breakfast - buffet

  10.30 – 18.00 Beach time or excursions ( sightseeing Sarande or Butrinti or Blue Eye or Corfu island in Greece)   

19.00 – 21.00  Dinner  in hotel

Day 5

11.00 Departure of the participants 

Participation fee:

 -  138 euro for 3 HB per person (3  nights with 2 meals per day - open buffet) in 5* hotel   

-  175 euro for 4 HB per person (4  nights with 2 meals per day - open buffet) in 5* hotel   

-  214  euro for 5 HB per person (5  nights with 2 meals per day - open buffet) in 5* hotel  

 Hotel accommodation in wonderful 5* hotel ANDON LAPA hotel resort & SPA situated on the sea with  outdoor and indoor swiming pools ,own beach and spa centar with gym..link: https://andon-lapa-i-pare.albaniahotels.org/en/

Accommodation is in double rooms for leader and drivers (additional double rooms are on the request and it is additional 12 euro per person per day)  and triple rooms . Albanian Tourist tax and is 1 euro per person per day and it is additional paymant.                                       

Festival organizers provide:

-         for 25 people – one free (24+1)

-         souvenir and gift for each group,

-         Certificate for attendance,

-   drinks during performance

-         free parking

- - advertising of the festival (press release, social media promotions, posters)

HOW TO GET THERE?

In Sarnde you can come by bus ( there is new express motorway with tunnels) or by plane (you have cheap flights with Wizz Air and Ryan Air to Tirana airport) and the festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Tirana Airport. The cost of the transfer from Tirana airport to hotel in Saranda is 16 euro person one way.Bus transfer from Tirana airport to Saranda in hotel is around 4 hour driving   Also you can come by plane to Corfu island in Greece and we can take you with ferry boat to Saranda.

INSURANCE: 
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group. 

 On your request,  You can continue your stay in Saranda. Price will be 44 euro HB.

After the festival finish organizers will send you link where you can see and take the photos and videos from the performances 

 In 2023 on the festival were participated 15 groups from 11 EU country with 300 participants.

NUMBER OF SEATS IS LIMMITED on 300 people  or 5-6  groups!
