We would like to invite you to be a part of the magic of the International Festival Vienna Folklore Now, which will be held from February 07- 09, 2025 in the "imperial city", as they call the capital of Austria - Vienna.

Vienna Folklore Now International celebrates and promotes the variety of performing arts, and the quality that is born from it, thus providing a chance for artist of different ages and dance experience to try out, affirm, perfect and enrich their performing experience, at the same time creating unforgettable memories and new friendships. Through art, as a universal language, young artists expand their horizons not only in the dance world, but also historically and culturally, traveling
and socializing. We look forward to your presence and participation in this fusion of generations, styles, rhythms and cultures, through which we will all together enrich the dance as an art, a medium and a universal language.

Join us on the scene in this city of stunning architecture and rich cultural offerings. The festival is held at the Piramida Event Center, the same perfect hotel where we have provided you with accommodation!

The famous Eventhotel Pyramide, which is located on the southern outskirts of Vienna and surrounded by idyllic villages at the edge of the nearby picturesque Vienna Forest, is only a few steps away from Austrian shopping center, "SCS" (short for Shopping City Sued), where even the most demanding guest enjoys in a beautiful environment. Over the years, the hotel has evolved from a kind of oasis of peace to a multi-purpose center suitable for all kinds of spectacular events, while maintaining its distinctive features for a demanding clientele oriented only to enjoyment - with an emphasis on 5000 square meters of wellness space...

Last year, in 2024, on the attractive stage of the Vienna Folklore and Dance Now festival, more than 700 participants from over 20 countries showed their skills, this year an even more impressive number is expected!

Some of them only participated in the festival, but many decided to experience the whole adventure together with us, getting to know the sights of Vienna - a city of stunning architecture and a rich cultural offer. The once imperial city of Vienna is one of the favorite tourist destinations in the world.
The Big Four - Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven and Schubert make it a city of music. However, Vienna is not only a city of waltzes, beautiful castles and rich museum collections, but also a place where you can relax with a Sacher cake, enjoy the view from the big Ferris wheel or visit what many consider the best zoo in Europe 

PROGRAM..

DAY 1: VIENNA
Arrival in Vienna. Accommodation at the hotel (after 3 p.m.). The rest of the day is free for individual activities and shopping in the SCS shopping center. Overnight stay.

DAY 2: VIENNA/ FESTIVAL
The breakfast. The day scheduled for the festival. Overnight stay.

DAY 3: VIENNA
The breakfast. Check out from the hotel.

NOTICE: The obligation of all the groups is to ensure the music - after the aplication you are in obligation to send us music in mp3 format for every coreography.

After choreography application deadline, we will send you all your choreography to check. You will have 48 hours to answer us if that everything is ok. After that, all fees for all choreographies that you applied, have to be 100% payed!

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
