INVITATION
With pleasure we INVITE you ( Folk groups,dance groups,vocal and choir groups, majorette teams,orchestras), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on 11th Edition of the InspirArte International Folk Festival of Veracruz Mexico " which will be held in City of Xalapa Veracruz, MEXICO from 18 - 23 July
The intention of our invitation and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music
The Date of arrival and reception Thursday, July 18 between 03:00 and 05:00 in the morning, at Benito Juárez International Airport Terminal 1, Mexico City, for transfer to the City of Xalapa Veracruz.
b) Departure date on Tuesday, July 23, starting at 12:00 noon from your headquarters hotel, for transfer to the Benito Juárez International Airport, Terminal 1 of Mexico City, considering purchasing your tickets from 10:00 p.m.
c) Upon arrival, at our directors' meeting, your itinerary of activities for each of the days at our Festival will be provided to each delegation director and/or artistic company.
d) Each delegation and/or artistic company must bring with them a flag representative of their country or region and the insignia of their group.
e) Each group will contribute a “Program of 15 to 18 minutes maximum” to present per day.
f) Each delegation and/or artistic company will record a promotional video of approximately 1 minute, indicating that on the dates of July 18 to 23, 2024, they will participate in our InspirArte International Folk Festival of Veracruz Mexico (with the theme that you decide), it will be sent to the email and to the Festival's WhatsApp.
g) In June 2024, the director of each delegation and/or artistic company must confirm their flight itinerary.
h) Each artistic delegation and/or company must bring some representative craft from its region, city or country (gift), which will be given to each of the directors of the other artistic delegation per country, through a “Gift Exchange.”
. i) All members of the delegations and/or artistic companies under the support of their director must be responsible, punctual and respectful for each of the activities and instructions to follow to carry out our program in the best way.
j) During all activities it is a requirement that all artists from each delegation and/or company wear their official Festival badge which will be delivered upon arrival.
k) Each company will always be assisted by a guide, who will remember activities, support your needs, inconveniences or any details you need, who will always be in communication with the organizing committee.
l) You will receive food, internal transportation from your arrival at the airport until the festival ends and you have to leave, lodging is in a 4-star hotel in quadruple rooms, and we will also offer medical service if required during the days that the Festival lasts.
m) The director must be accompanied by a partner to attend the required meetings with municipal presidents, media, radio, press and/or television, always with prior notice.
n) Each delegation and/or artistic company will designate a member to participate in our “Señorita InspirArte” contest that is held in each edition within our dinner dance. The winner will wear her sash until the end of our festival.
o) To complete your registration for this InspirArte International Folk Festival of Veracruz México, it is necessary to grant a recovery fee that will be distributed as follows:
• For each International Member of each delegation and/or artistic company, they must contribute a fee of $6000 Mexican pesos, the director will make the deposit or transfer of their artists, that is, per group, to the account of the InspirArte International Folk Festival of Veracruz Mexico. in two modalities: o 1st deposit of 50% will be made from April 15 to 19, 2024. o 2nd deposit of the remaining 50% will be made from June 17 to 21, 2024. LIVE IT, ENJOY IT, KNOW IT AND HAVE FUN WITH THE CULTURAL EXCHANGE OF ONE COUNTRY AND ANOTHER. The group should pay additional registration fee of 20 euro per person.
