With pleasure we INVITE you ( Folk groups,dance groups,vocal and choir groups, majorette teams,orchestras), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on IV International Folk Dance & Music Festival "CULTURAL DIALOGUE ON THE SAME STAGE" which will be held in RIMINI,ITALY , from 24 - 29 August & 31 august - 05 September 2025

     The intention of our invitation  and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music

 Participants are: Folklore dance groups, choirs, music bands are invited to participate in this folklore festival which will be held in Rimini on Adriatic coast of Italy. The applying groups can be from all over the world. There is no age limit. Soloist are not accepted. Family members and friends may join this folklore festival Rimini and be accomodated at the same price in the same conditions.

There are 2 festivals dates:

Festival from 24 - 29 August
Festival from: 31 - 5 September

Program:

Day 1. – Arrival of groups at hotels from 12.00 to 21.00 , accomodation. Info-

appointment, Dinner. Over-night stay.

Day 2. – Breakfast. Free time – Beach time – groups can receive from hotel discounts

for

seats&umbrells or facultative half day tour to San Marino, on arrival follows a tour of this

oldest

republic in the world: monument of Garibaldi, Porta San Francesco, Square of freedom.

Dinner. Overnight stay.

Day 3. – Breakfast. Free time. Lunch instead dinner or Dinner (depends on agreement

with the organizer).

Festival evening. – During this evening, the show will be held with all groups.

Receiving of certificates for all participants, diplomas for art directors, choreographers,

instructors or coordinators, plaques for all groups on closing ceremony – probably

exchanging gifts.

The performing date can be change in according with the main organizer, depends on

tourism center program.

Important: Because the stage is in open area, the event can be directly influenced by

the weather – so in case of storming or rain the event will be canceled from security

reasons.

Day 4. – Breakfast. Free time. Beach time or groups can visit entertaiment

MIRABILANDIA park – groups will receive support for tikets acquisition and discounts

as hotel costumers, transport indication and so on. Dinner. Over-night stay

Day 5. – Breakfast. Free time. Beach time or groups can visit entertaiment ITALIA IN

MINIATURA park or FIABILANDIA park – groups will receive support for tikets

acquisition and discounts as hotel costumers, transport indication and so on. Dinner.

05.09 Breakfast- departure of groups – the groups should leave hotels until 11.00 AM

Participation fee:

Festival from 24 - 29 August: 

· 245 Euro per person – 5 nights accomodation half-board – 3 or 4 beds / room

· 215 Euro per person – 4 nights accomodation half-board – 3 or 4 beds / room

Festival from 31 - 5 September:

· 240 Euro per person – 5 nights accomodation half-board – 3 or 4 beds / room

· 212 Euro per person – 4 nights accomodation half-board – 3 or 4 beds / room

Additional free seat on every 26 persons (25+1).

The payment will be done after applying and finalization of a participation agreement

- contract.

· As confirmation of participation, a group pays 1500€ in advance to main organizer

and the rest, not later than 15 days before the festival by bank transfer or at arrival as

agree with the organizer. The advance is not returnable in case of non presentation by

any reasons .In case of unexpected circumstances or Majore Force – wars, epidemic or

pandemic situations an so on - the organizer will reserves the right to change the date

of the event or to postpone it for next year. The organizer will follow as much as

possible the European Union conditions for payments, as bank transfers or card

payments.

· Additional free seat on every 26 persons (25+1).

Participation fee includes:

· Hotel accomodation in three stars hotels like: Brezza ***, Jasmine*** based on half

board

service: breakfast and dinner in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms;

· Festival organization expenses;

· Degrees;

· Program leading;

· Professional assistance;

· Inviting letter.

Participation fee does not include:

· Tourist tax for hotel in Rimini – up to 3 € depends of hotel category per person per

day;

· Facultative tours San Marino, Venice, Bologna and so on;

· Supplement for staying in a double room - 6€ or in single room - 30€ per person per

day

· Additional day (half board) is 45 € per person;

· Visa and health insurance.

· Trip expenses, airport transfers and other transfers if needed, parking.

Note: All groups must provide their own music, conductor or music CD s. Each group

should prepare a performance up to 10 – 15 minutes.
