Participation Information:
With pleasure we INVITE you(Children’s, Youth & Adults Choral groups) to participate on  XVI International Christmas Choir Festival “VIENNA CHRISTMAS VOICES”  which will be held on 27 – 30 November  2026
   The Festival light motive is to present and promote choral music of different countries, exchange experience and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation.
Vienna – is magical city with long hstory and culture monuments. It is the city of culture and art in Europe.
 Every choir, singing formation, vocal groups accompany with orchestra or not  has the right to participate, Children’s choirs, Youth choirs, Adult choirs

Each choir prepares 15minutes (3–4 pieces).
Must include at least one national piece.
Repertoire can be sacred, secular, Christmas carols, or other music.
The concert is non-competitive: atmosphere of friendship & cultural exchange.
Stage, sound system and electric piano provided.
Certificates and CLosing ceremeony after the festival;

Accommodation Information
Two options are available for accommodation, including breakfast (buffet):
A&T Luxury Hostel (in the city center):

Price:155 EUR per person for 3 nights in multiple rooms.
 
3-Star Hotel B&B
Price: 185 Euro per person – 3 nights BB in 3* Hotel
 
4-Star Hotel Event Pyramide

Price: 199 EUR per person for 3 nights in multiple rooms.
Tourist tax: 3.5 EUR per person per day (not included).

Festival Organizer Provides:
One free spot for every 25 participants.
Certificates of attendance, souvenirs, and gifts for each group.
Drinks during performances.
Advertising through press releases, social media promotions, posters, and flyers.
Video and photo links post-event (the festival organization retains copyright of materials).
Optional airport transfers and transport during the festival (cost covered by groups, to be agreed upon).
 
Participants must have personal and health insurance, as medical services are not covered by the festival organizers.

Day 1
12.00 – 14.00  Arriving in Vienna, accommodation
Meeting with director of the festival
Day 2
 08.00 -10.00 Breakfast,
10.00 -16.00 Vienna sightseeing
19.00 -22.00 Festival evening with all of Dance Ensembles (Participation is optional)
Day 3
 08.00 -10.00 Breakfast,
 18:00-18:45 Rehearsal and Sound check
19:00-22:00 Choral Festival Evening at the Maria Hilf Catholic Church
 Day 4
09.00 -10.00 Breakfast,
11.00  Departure

Vienna is one of the world’s most popular tourist destinations, rich in cultural offerings and history. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the charm of this once-imperial city, known for its stunning architecture and vibrant cultural life. Excursion will be confirmed upon arrival.
