Program: 

19.09.  – Arrival of ensemble at hotel, accomodation...Info-appointment...Tour and introduction to the most popular summer resort in Italy, walking, swimming, tour of Rimini,  his beautiful sun beaches, the city... Return to hotel. Dinner. Overnight stay. Possibility of departure to some of many discoteques in Rimini.

20.09. – Breakfast.  Facultative half day tour to San Marino, on arrival follows a tour of this oldest republic in the world: monument of Garibaldi, Porta San Francesco, Square of freedom… Return to Rimini. Dinner. Facultative: mutually– friendly night at Discoteque… Overnight stay.

21.09.  – Breakfast. Festival day ! Preparing for Defile. Defile thru the City of Rimini.

Perform of cultural-art societies. Receiving of certificates and Plaquas. Dinner. Facultative: Discoteque. Overnight stay.

22.09. – Breakfast. After breakfast departure of ensemble on facultative tour to Venice, Verona, Padova or Treiste…Return to the point of departure… With another meeting next year!!!!!!!

Participation fee: 

• 150 Euro per person
• Additional seat on every 25 member (24+1)

(paying goes in several month payments till departure time)

Participation fee includes:

• Hotel accomodation with three stars Hotels like Oceanic ***, Faber ***, 2000 ***, Corona***, Cosmos ***,  Fantasy ***, Christian ***, Gallasia ***, Brooklyn ***, ABC Hotel in Rimini based on 3 half board service: breakfast and dinner in 1/3 and 1/4 rooms

Participation fee doesn't include:

• Tourist tax for hotel in Rimini from 1 e – 2 e depend of Hotel chategory per person per day
• Facultative tours (tour of San Marino 10 €, 5 € with own bus ) ,Venice 25 € ( 15 € with own bus ), Bologna 10 € (5 € with own bus) Diskoteque 10 – 12 €,  - the price of tour depends exclusively on number of interested to some of the tours
• Additional day (half board) is from 25 euro per person
• Visa and insurance  (for cultural-art societies visas are free with inviting letter which gets every ensemble from Italian cultural-art society which also takes part in this manifestation)

Note: all ensembles must provide their own music, leading orchestar or music CD s. Each ensemble is obligated to set performance in duartion of 10 – 15 minutes.

NEWS ABOUT THE FESTIVAL

600 performers took part in the XII International Folklore Festival in Rimini, held from 12 to 15 September 2019 in the Italian town. The representative nature of the forum provided an opportunity to groups from Serbia, Croatia, Palestine and Russia to show their folk art in the best way.

“The event took place in an incredibly friendly atmosphere, and the perfect organization contributed to the good mood of the participants. The participating groups impressed the audience with their well-presented music and dance skills. The free time for all foreign groups was fun and well-used - in exploring the most famous resort on the Italian Adriatic Riviera.”, said in addition the festival director 

You may apply for participation in the next thirteenth edition of the forum, which promises festival emotions from 21 to 24 May 2020 in the capital of the province of Rimini.
