 With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups, majorette teams, art schols.orchestras,bands, modern dance, balroom dance teams..) (children, youth and adult groups  ) to participate on XI International Music& Dance festival “JORDAN FESTIVAL DAYS”   25 -30 October  2025 ,Aqaba, Jordan 

  The intention of our invitation  and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares. 

   Aqaba is the only coastal city in Jordan, an otherwise landlocked country. But not every country can boast a city with such a beautiful setting as Aqaba, with the red mountains of Wadi Rum in the background and the Red Sea in the foreground. Aqaba is a resort city and a port city, with tourism a major industry and undergoing a major expansion with new luxury neighborhoods, attractions, and hotels opening. The main attraction of Aqaba is, of course, its Red Sea coastline, and the beaches, diving, watersports, and coastal resorts, that come with that. But the city’s center and markets are becoming increasingly attractive. Aqaba’s location, close to Wadi Rum and Petra, and the border with Israel and Egypt make it a popular base for touring the region, with trips available to a host of destinations. Year-round sunshine and warm weather just add to the attractiveness of Aqaba as an ultimate resort city.

           Red Sea beaches and snorkeling put Aqaba on the travel map, but Jordan's only coastal city is an enticing destination in its own right. Along with a well-earned reputation for friendly locals, Aqaba boasts seafood cafés, a waterfront promenade, and gorgeous desert scenery.

Aqaba is famoues tourist placein Jordan situatedon the RED SEA with many hotels,restourants, becahes..Festival program will be held in AAQABA city.

Petra is one of seven wonders in the world.

You  have cheep flights with WIZZ AIR from Budapest and other cities and also with RYAN AIR from many destinations.

 General rules :

-         is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances and music performed by folkloric groups.

-         On the festival may participate children and youth folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.

-         The number of participants are limited (only 3  groups from each country),

-         Each group should consist of most 50 members including dancers, managers,musicians and family members 

-         Ensemble should have prepared at least 2 folk dances, 10-15 minutes each with orchestra or USB. For choral groups should prepare free program about 15 minutes The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city and  excursions.

-         To send us short CV and photos of the group,

-         To take a flag of the country,

-       Groups will arrive by plane to the AQABA international airport or AMMAN international airport with Rayan air ( the tickets are cheeper) and WIZZ AIR

NOTE: If you arrive in Aqaba airport you do not need VISSA .

Excursuns are additional payment

-         Visiting Petra 100$ (entres ticket)

-       Visiting dead sea – 20$ per person

- Rayan air and Wizz air have cheap flights with many destinations  

Participation fee:

-         141  Euro for 4 BB per person  (4 nights with breakfast in 3* hotel like DWEIK II, DWEIK III and similar hotels  in triple rooms ..double rooms additional 10 euro per person per day.. 

- 167 Euro for 5 BB per person  (5 nights with breakfast in 3* hotel like DWEIK II, DWEIK III  in triple rooms ..double rooms additional 10 euro per person per day.. - dinner additional 19 euro   

For 4* hotel if you want we will arrange and inform you how much it will cost                                                                   

Festival organizers provide:

-         for 25 dancers – one gratis,

-         souvenir and gift for each group,

-         Certificate for attendance,

-      Guide for the festival

-         advertising of the festival (press release, social media, posters)

INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

On your request,  You can continue your stay in Jordan. Price will be 39 Euro per day per person BB in 3* hotel – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide. 

    After the festival finish organizers will send you LINK  from the festival program for each group and photos.The copy right of all video materials and pictures are ownership of the Organization of the Festival.

   The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from airport, during the festival days and inform you how much it will cost.. 

By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions. All detailed information  will be supply after your confirmation for participations.
