INVITATION

    With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups,art schools, majorette teams, orchestras,Ballroom dance groups, modern dance teams) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate on V. “Lago di Garda” International Dance and Music Festival” 14-17 May 2026,Lake Garda 

  The intention of our invitation  and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares.The festival is open for folk and choir ensembles, as well as orchestras and majorettes regardless of the members gender and age.

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Open to folk groups, choral groups, brass bands, orchestras, majorette teams, and more.
  • Participants of all ages are welcome.
  • No limit to the number of participants.
  • Groups must submit 5 pictures and 1 video showcasing their performances. 

 PARTICIPATION FEE

  • €179 per person
  • Additional day: €58 per person per day
  • Groups of 26 persons: One group leader free of charge
  • Deposit: There are 2 deposits:
  • First Deposit: Groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee;
  • Second Deposit after the first deposit is payed, guarantee fee for hotel accommodation;
  • These two invoices will be deducted from the final payment.

INCLUDED IN THE PARTICIPATION FEE

  • Accommodation in Camping Bella Italia (Visit Website)
  • Three-room bungalows (40 sqm, 6 pax minimum 4 persons per unit)
  • Living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, microwave, safe, TV, AC/heater
  • Master bedroom, second bedroom with two single beds
  • Bathroom with shower, small furnished terrace
  • Supplements:
    • Bungalow for three people: €12 per person per day
    • Bungalow for two people: €28 per person per day
    • Final cleaning fee: €30 per unit (if guests do not clean themselves)
  • Bed linen and towels included
  • Security deposit: €20 per person
  • Tourist tax: €1.50 per person per day (paid on-site)
  • Half-board meals (breakfast and dinner)
  • Festival participation certificate, diplomas, and gifts

  • Transport
  • Optional excursions (not arranged by the organizers)
  • Travel insurance

 PROGRAM SCHEDULE

DAY 1 – ARRIVAL

  • Afternoon arrival at Lake Garda
  • Check-in at accommodation & meeting with organizers
  • Free time to explore
  • Dinner & overnight stay

DAY 2 – OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS & CULTURAL EXPLORATION

  • A scenic tour along Lake Garda’s western shore, stopping at historical landmarks
  • Destinations include Gargnano (Villa Feltrinelli), Island of Garda, Sirmione, Bardolino, and Malcesine
  • Dinner & overnight stay

DAY 3 – PERFORMANCES & OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS

  • One of Europe’s top amusement parks, featuring LEGOLAND® Water Park, SEA LIFE Aquarium, and thrilling rides
  • Alternative options: Excursions to Venice, La Rocca di Garda, Mantua, Bardolino, Lazise, San Felice del Benaco, Salò, Borghetto sul Mincio
  • Evening: Gala concert, final performances, awards & diploma distribution
  • Dinner & overnight stay

DAY 4 – DEPARTURE
