INVITATION

With great pleasure, we INVITE folk ensembles, choral groups, orchestras, brass bands, majorette teams, vocal groups, and art schools (children, youth, and adult groups) to participate in the XI International Music & Dance Festival “DUBAI PARADISE” from 21 to 27 January 2025 in Dubai, UAE.

The festival is part of a major international event in Dubai. The aim is to present the cultural traditions of different countries, provide opportunities for groups to meet and create friendships, and promote culture through dance and music in the amazing world city of Dubai. The idea of the festival is to bring music closer to people and present it on the streets and squares.

Note: If you have a flight ticket to arrive one day before or after, it is not a problem. You just need to inform us so that we can provide permission.


GENERAL RULES

 The festival is a non-competitive event for traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, folk groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups, and soloists, as well as other art styles.

Every group has the right to participate.
Participation is limited to 3 groups per country.
Each group should consist of a maximum of 50 people, including dancers, managers, musicians, and family members.
Groups should prepare a program of about 15 minutes (live or on USB).
Choral groups and orchestras should also prepare a free program of 15 minutes.
Performances will be held in the evenings, leaving the daytime free for sightseeing and excursions.

Requirements:
– Short CV of the group in English (5–6 sentences).
– 5 photos of the group.
– Video performance link.
– National flag of the country.
– Groups must arrange their own transport for arrival and departure.


ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

 Participation Fee:

189 € per person for 4 nights / 5 days (BB).
239 € per person for 5 nights / 6 days (BB).

Accommodation is in luxury 4* hotels with open buffet breakfast.

 Triple rooms included. Double rooms are available for an additional 15 € per person per night.

Hotels include outdoor swimming pool, spa, and gym. Free daily shuttle bus to the beach. Emirates Mall and Ski Dubai are nearby.

Dinner in MD Hotel can be arranged at 20 € per person.

Excursions are optional and with additional payment.

Extended Stay:
On request, participants can extend their stay in Dubai.
Special festival price: 49 € per night per person (BB in 4 hotels, triple rooms).*

Additional Costs:
Tourist tax: 2.5 € per person per day.

Visa Information:
Citizens of EU countries do not need a visa for Dubai.


FESTIVAL ORGANIZERS PROVIDE

 1 free place for every 37 participants (37+1).

Drinks during performances.
Festival promotion (press release, newsletters, posters).

Insurance:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are obligations of each group. First Aid and medical services are available, but costs must be covered by the group.

 Day 1 – January 21

13:00 – Arrival in Dubai, hotel accommodation, free time (beach).
21:00 – Meeting with festival representatives.

Day 2 – January 22
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
10:00–18:00 – Sightseeing in Dubai (optional).
21:00 – Free time in Dubai.

Day 3 – January 23
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
10:30–16:00 – Beach time or excursion (Miracle & Butterfly Garden – optional).
18:00–21:00 – Festival Evening (each group performs 10–12 minutes, USB music, certificates and gifts awarded).

Day 4 – January 24
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
14:30–22:00 – Desert Safari (optional) or beach time / Dubai Mall with fountains.
Overnight in hotel.

Day 5 – January 25
09:00–11:00 – Breakfast.
10:30–18:00 – Visit the traditional market in Old Dubai or excursions (Dubai Frame, Madame Tussauds, Eye of Dubai).
18:00–21:00 – Festival Party.

Day 6 – January 26
09:00–11:00 – Breakfast.
10:00 – Departure.

Optional Extended Stay

10:00–18:00 – JBR Beach or excursion to Abu Dhabi.
21:00–00:00 – Free time at the Dubai fountains.

Day 7 – January 27
09:00–10:00 – Breakfast.
