Crawley is a town and borough in West Sussex, England. It is 28 miles (45 km) south of Charing Cross (London), 18 miles (29 km) north of Brighton and Hove, and 32 miles (51 km) north-east of the county town of Chichester. Crawley covers an area of 17.36 square miles (44.96 km2) and had a population of 106,597.

Festival venue: The Hawth Theatre is an arts and entertainment complex located in 38 acres of woodland about 0.5 mi from the town centre of the English town of Crawley. It is wholly owned by Crawley Borough Council and is currently operated by Parkwood Theatres. Wikipedia

Conditions for participation:

  • Performance of a free program 30 minutes.
  • Groups from all over the world can take part in the festival.
  • Folk dance groups, folklore instruments, folklore sing song.
  • Age of participant 12+.
  • Maximum 50 people.
  • Recommended group brings small gift for exchange.
  • Bring National flag and visible panel of the group name.
  • To provide brief history, photos, and material for advertising.
  • After receiving the application form and completion of advance payment, the organiser will send an official letter of invitation for participation of the festival. Final payment complete 90 days before arrival.
  • Recommended to arrive to festival by bus.
  • If groups arrive by flight to nearest airport- London Gatwick – we can transfer from airport to hotel without charge.
  • All groups meet by our festival representative.
  • All groups accommodate walking distance from theater to hotel.

Participation fee:

Including Bed and Breakfast, 5 days/4 nights in 3* Hotel:

  • 350 Euro per person (room based on 3 people sharing)
  • 400 Euro per person in double room
  • 450 Euro per person in single room

  • Performance for open ceremony for 5 min 1-10 people present country
  • Performance second the Hawth amphitheater main stage 30 min
