Welcome to the International Festival in Crawley, a unique cultural gathering where folklore groups from around the world showcase their rich traditions in the heart of England. Experience vibrant performances, cultural exchange, and scenic landscapes in this unforgettable event.

Participation Details
Eligibility
- Folk dance groups, folklore instrumentalists, and choral ensembles.
- Participants must be aged 12+.
- Maximum group size: 40 people.
Performance Requirements
- Free program of 30 minutes.
- Each group presents a 5-minute performance at the opening ceremony.
- Groups must bring national flags and a visible panel with their group name.
- Recommended: Small gifts for cultural exchange.
- Groups must provide a brief history, photos, and promotional materials for advertising.
Application Requirements
- Completed application form.
- Payment of 10% guarantee fee upon approval (deducted from final payment).
- Final payment deadline: 1 April 2025.
Participation Fee
Accommodation & Package:
Including Bed & Breakfast, 5 days/4 nights in a 3 Hotel*
- €400 per person (Triple occupancy room)
- €450 per person (Double room)
- €500 per person (Single room)
- (20+1 free of charge)
Fee Includes:
- Festival organization and implementation.
- Performance at the opening ceremony (5 minutes, 1–10 people presenting the country).
- 30-minute performance at the Hawth Amphitheatre Main Stage.
- Visits to Brighton or Arundel Castle.
- Excursion to London.
- Diplomas and certificates for all participants.
- Accommodation & breakfast.
- Free accommodation for the group leader (for groups of 20+ participants).
- Free bus parking.
- Group photo upon departure.
- Transfers from Gatwick Airport to hotel.
Additional Costs (Optional):
- Guided tour of Arundel Castle.
- Extra nights available upon request.
- Dinners for groups: £20 per person.
Not Included:
- Flights & travel insurance.
- Responsibility for personal belongings.
- Domestic transfers.
Festival Program
Day 1 – 19 June 2025 (Arrival in Crawley)
- Check-in at hotel.
- 20:00–22:00: International Fellowship Evening “Do I Know You?”
- Meeting with group leaders.
Day 2 – 20 June 2025 (Crawley Sightseeing & Opening Ceremony)
- 07:00–09:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 10:00–15:00: Visit Crawley Museum & Town.
- 18:00–21:00: Performance & Opening Ceremony at St. Nicholas Church.
Day 3 – 21 June 2025 (London Excursion & Performance)
- 07:00–09:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 09:00–22:00: Day trip to London.
- 19:00–21:00: Performance at “Light of the World” Church.
- 19:00–20:00: Presentation of Countries (5-minute performances by each group).
- 20:00–21:00: Special Guest Performance.
Day 4 – 22 June 2025 (Brighton or Arundel Castle Excursion)
- 07:00–10:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 10:00–18:00: Trip to Brighton or Arundel Castle.
Day 5 – 23 June 2025 (Departure)
- 07:00–10:00: Breakfast at the hotel.
- Departure of groups.
Organizer’s Right to Modify:
- The organizer reserves the right to change the program if necessary to benefit the participants.
