INVITATION
We invite you to join us in the picturesque county of West Sussex, England. Located in the south of England, West Sussex boasts a range of scenery, including wealden, downland, and coastal areas. The county is home to stately homes like Goodwood and Petworth House, and historic castles such as Arundel Castle. The festival is based in Crawley, a town just 15 minutes from Gatwick Airport, 28 miles south of London, and 18 miles north of Brighton and Hove. This beautiful region provides the perfect setting for cultural exchange during the festival from 18–22 June 2026.
FESTIVAL WELCOMES
Folk dance groups, folklore instruments, and folklore songs.
GENERAL RULES
Performance of a free program: 30 minutes.
Performance at opening ceremony: 5 minutes (1–10 people present country).
Age of participants: 12+.
Maximum 40 people per group.
Bring a national flag and a visible panel of the group name.
Recommended to bring small gifts for exchange.
Provide a brief history, photos, and material for advertising.
Groups from all over the world can take part.
Final payment due by 1 April 2026 (90 days before arrival).
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation in a 3-star hotel within walking distance from the theatre.
Participation Fee:
400 EUR – 5 days / 4 nights with bed & breakfast in a triple room.
450 EUR – 5 days / 4 nights with bed & breakfast in a double room.
500 EUR – 5 days / 4 nights with bed & breakfast in a single room.
Additional Info:
20 paying participants = 1 person free of charge (20+1).
After application and 10% advance payment, an official invitation letter will be sent.
Recommended arrival by bus.
Free transfer from Gatwick Airport to hotel.

Organization and implementation of the festival.
Performance at Hawth Amphitheatre main stage (30 min).
Performance at opening ceremony (5 min presentation).
Visit to Brighton or Arundel.
Visit to London.
Diploma and certificate for all participants.
Free accommodation for group leader if minimum 20 people in the group.
Free parking for bus.
Group photo on departure.
Meet and greet by festival representative.
Transfer from Gatwick Airport to hotel.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Any group willing to participate must submit an application form. Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which will be deducted from the final payment.
PROGRAM
Day 1
Arrival day for all groups.
Check-in to hotel.
20:00–22:00 – International fellowship evening “Do I Know You?”
Meeting with group leaders.
Day 2
07:00–09:00 – Breakfast at hotel.
10:30–12:00 – Visit Crawley Museum and Crawley Town.
18:00–21:00 – Performance and opening ceremony (place TBC).
Day 3
07:00–09:00 – Breakfast at hotel.
10:00 – Travel to East Grinstead Saint Hill Manor.
13:00–19:00 – Performance at Saint Hill Manor.
Presentation of countries – Performance of groups.
19:00–20:00 – Celebration cultural exchange.
Day 4
07:00–10:00 – Breakfast at hotel.
10:00–20:00 – Trip to London.
Day 5
07:00–10:00 – Breakfast at hotel.
Departure.
Organizer reserves the right to change the program and venue if necessary.
EXCURSIONS

Optional Excursions (extra paid):
Tour with guide to Arundel.
Extra days if groups wish to stay longer.
Dinners for groups: £20 per person.
Brighton and Arundel trip: extra charge £15 per person.
