    With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups,orchestras majorette teams,vocal groups,modern dance groups..), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on XII International  Music & Dance “BARCELONA FEST” 01 - 06 July, Lloret de Mar -Barcelona,Spain 2022

   Festival is organized with cooperation with the municipalities of the cities of Barcelona, Blanes, Lloret de Mar, and the touristic organization organize the International festival in Barcelona / Lloret de Mar. All groups are free to apply for the festival without the age limit or the limit of the participants. All COVID-19 Measures will and must be respected due to the law and healthcare obligations.

1 Day 01.07.

14:00 Arrival to Barcelona (Lloret de Mar, Blanes). Accommodation in the selected accommodation unit.

19:00 Dinner

Free time for the individual activities.

Overnight.

2 Day 02.07

07:30 Breakfast

10:00 Briefing of the group leaders with the festival organizers.

Free time on the beach and for the individual activities.

17:30 Dinner

18:30 Gathering of the groups. Defile.

19:00 Opening ceremony of the the festival. Performances of the groups (The order of appearances will be submitted to the groups on the briefing)

Overnight.

3 Day 03.07

07:30 Breakfast

Free time for shopping, sightseeing and the individual activities.

17:30 Dinner

19:00 Performances of the groups – second day. Closing ceremony of the festival, plaque and diploma award, exchange of the presents between the groups and the organizers. End of the festival.

4 Day 04.07

07:30 Breakfast

09:00 Optional excursion / Sightseeing Tour of Barcelona, visiting of Sagrada Familia, Gaudi Cathedral, Camp Nou, L'Aquarium, Picasso Museum, etc. city sightseeing.

19:00 Dinner

20:30 Optional participation on the Medieval tournament show or the night out in the city.

5 Day 05.07

07:30 Breakfast

Free time on the beach, optional boat ride and water sports.

19:00 Dinner

21:00 Goodbye Party in the Flamenco Show club

6 Day 06.07

07:30 Breakfast

12:00 Departure of the groups. End of Service
