Welcome to KATHMANDU, City of Temples:
Kathmandu, Nepal's capital, is set in a valley surrounded by the Himalayan mountains and is a melting pot of cultures and a rich mix of the east and west, the old and the new, where tradition jostles with modernity. Kathmandu is an incredibly diverse, historic city with amazing architecture, exquisite wood carvings, and metal crafts that showcase the skills of the Newar artisans of centuries ago.
Hinduism and Buddhism have co-existed in Kathmandu valley from time immemorial and the valley residents make a little distinction as they worship in both Hindu and Buddhist shrines.
The top attractions to visit in Kathmandu are:
Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Temple, Pashupatinath Temple, Chandragiri Hills, Kopan Monastery, Langtang National Park, Hanuman dhoka, Garden of Dreams, Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Changunarayan Temple, and many more.
Admission to the Festival:
- The Festival is open to host all dancing and musical performance groups, Folk, classical, semi Folk & classical, fusions, ballet, marching bands, oriental dance groups, etc.
- Groups are allowed to perform with live music or CD player.
- Participants of the group members should be of any age starting from 8+.
- Groups should get the Flight Tickets and Travel - Insurance on their own.
- Groups can extend their stay in NEPAL only with the organizer with extra days and extra tourism which are available with the organizer.
- The Group should perform 3-4 different folk dances with 10/15 minutes programs every 2 times a day at provided venues.
- The group should provide 2 workshops & 1 road show in the festival.
- Groups can extend their stay in NEPAL only with the organizer with extra days and extra tourism which are available with the organizer. Groups can not engage themselves with any other Tour operator while in Nepal on the organizer's invitation.

NOTE: Festival organization takes full responsibility for the group by providing the official invitation. Festival will receive the group on arrival from the Kathmandu -KTM Intl airport and will escort the groups to the Boarding sections of the Kathmandu KTM Intl Airport on departures from NEPAL. Groups can not engage themselves with any other Tour operator while in Nepal on the organizer's invitation. For extra tourism kindly consult the organizer for further arrangements.
