DUBROVNIK- History is present in every part of this city, because it is at the same time a city museum and a living stage, an ideal blend of history and modernity. Every corner of the Adriatic pearl, as it is called, has its value.

It is surrounded by unique medieval walls 1940 meters long which have been preserved in their original form and opened to visitors as the biggest attraction of Dubrovnik. As one of the first in Croatia, since 1979 the city enjoys the protection of the world organization UNESCO. Thanks to its rich history, geographical position, mild climate, traditional kindness, knowledge and experience in tourism, Dubrovnik is recognized in the tourist markets for the high quality of its tourist product.

Dubrovnik is the Croatian congress center, the city with the largest number of organized gatherings, congresses and special “incentive” programs and records the best results in this tourist segment.

Dubrovnik in three days:

Take a walk through the city walls and inevitably enter the Maritime Museum and get acquainted with the centuries-old maritime tradition of the Republic of Dubrovnik, learn more about famous sailors, mathematician Getaldić and physicist RuđerBošković and their calculations on the carrying capacity of merchant ships.

Be sure to visit the small museum of the Dubrovnik Synagogue with a series of exhibits that testify to the life of Jews in Dubrovnik. On the hill Srđ, in the Imperial Fortress, remember the recent Dubrovnik past, the suffering of Dubrovnik in the Museum of the Defenders of the City.

A walk through the walls of Dubrovnik, climbing the steps of Dubrovnik, laundry that dries in the breeze in the narrow streets, charming restaurants and shops, a cocktail by the walls and the sound of the sea on Buža, a concert or show at some of Dubrovnik festivals will leave enough time to visit nearby places. surroundings.

Valentine’s Island – Lokrum is the closest to the historic city center. Centuries of rich history, legends and stories, the magic of the sea and nature will renew old loves or bring new ones.

 General rules :

-         is a non-competitive sample of folklore, traditional and modern dances, choral groups Brass bands, orchestras, modern dance group, majorette teams,ball room dance team..

- Every Folklore, Choral group,brass bands, orchestras, ballroom dances,majorette Teams ... has the right to participate. Children's ensembles  , Youth ensembles  adult ensembles .On the festival may participate folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. . 

-         The number of participants are limited (only 3  groups from each country),

-         Each group should consist of most 60 members including dancers, managers and musicians,

- Ensemble should have prepared program, 12-15 minutes each with orchestra or USB.

-         To send us short CV and 2 – 3 photos of the group,

-         To take a flag of the country,

-         Ensembles should have there own transport for arrival and departure

Day 1   

  After 14.00.Arrival in Dubrovnik,  hotel accommodation,(sunbathing and swimming in the sea) and free time

 Day 4

    10.00 – 18.00 Beach time or boat trip to tha islands and wonderfull beaches 

    21.00 – 00.00 Learning different dances (workshop in hotel)

Day 6

Participation fee is

-          149 Euro for 3 nights with  bad and breakfast per person

-         189 Euro for 4 nights per person bad and breakfast

       It covers hotel accommodation on base of 3 or 4  nights with breakfast in 3* hotels 

      Double    rooms are additional 15 euro per person per day…single room 30 euro per person per day..   

           Facultative excursions are not include in the price

Festival organizers provide:

-         for 25 dancers – one gratis,

-         Certificate for attendance,

-         souvenir and gift for each group,

- drinks during performance,

-         Free parking

-     advertising of the festival (press conference, radio and tv channels, posters and flayers).

Note: Croatia tourist tax is 1 euro per day per person and it is pay after the accommodation.

Dinner in hotel is open buffet and it is 25-30  euro per person extra.

INSURANCE: 
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

On your request,  You can continue your stay in Dubrovnik. Price will be 48 Euro per day per person BB – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide.

After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival. After the festival finish organizers will send you DVD from the festival program for each group and photos.The copy right of all video materials and pictures are ownership of the Organization of the Festival.

  The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by Zagreb airport or Dubrovnik  airport or other airports in Croatia and  picking them up from airport, during the festival days and back to airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number. Payment can be done on several parts.

By applying you confirm that you accept all festival conditions. All detailed information  will be supply after your confirmation for participations.

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.

Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.
