  With pleasure we INVITE you (folk groups, Choral groups and orchestras majorette teams), (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on  International  festival “SPLIT FESTIVAL DAYS” 02 - 06 October  2025 Split,Croatia

Split- History is present in every part of this city, because it is at the same time a city museum and a living stage, an ideal blend of history and modernity. Every corner of the Adriatic pearl, as it is called, has its value.

It is surrounded by unique medieval walls 1940 meters long which have been preserved in their original form and opened to visitors as the biggest attraction of Dubrovnik. As one of the first in Croatia, since 1979 the city enjoys the protection of the world organization UNESCO. Thanks to its rich history, geographical position, mild climate, traditional kindness, knowledge and experience in tourism, Dubrovnik is recognized in the tourist markets for the high quality of its tourist product.

Split is presented to the world as a cultural destination, which, in addition to the monumental treasure, is adorned with a number of excellent festivals, prestigious art events, outdoor concert and entertainment projects, exceptional artists, top water polo players and swimmers. 

Split is also a destination for enjoying your vacation, by air very well connected with all major centers of Europe. Split is an enchanting city, which you fall in love with and come to again and again, searching for its countless stories, discovering unique experiences in it. 

 General rules :

-         is a non-competitive sample of folklore, traditional and modern dances, choral groups Brass bands, orchestras, modern dance group, majorette teams,ball room dance team..

- Every Folklore, Choral group,brass bands, orchestras, ballroom dances,majorette Teams ... has the right to participate. Children's ensembles  , Youth ensembles  adult ensembles .On the festival may participate folklore dance groups, modern dance groups, vocal groups, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles. . 

-         The number of participants are limited (only 3  groups from each country),

-         Each group should consist of most 60 members including dancers, managers and musicians,

-     Groups should have prepared program, 12-15 minutes each with orchestra or USB.

-         To send us short CV and 2 – 3 photos of the group,

-         To take a flag of the country,

-          Groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure

Custom pricing is available for large delegations (50–300+ participants).

Festival organizers provide:

-         for 25 dancers – one gratis,

-         Certificate for attendance,

-         souvenir and gift for each group,

- drinks during performance,

-         Free parking

-     advertising of the festival (press conference, radio and tv channels, posters and flayers).

Note: Croatia tourist tax is 1,6 euro per day per person and it is pay after the accommodation.

Dinner in hotel is open buffet and it is 20  euro per person extra ( open buffet).

INSURANCE: 
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group
.

On your request,  You can continue your stay in Split . Price will be 44 Euro per day per person BB – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide.

After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival. After the festival finish organizers will send you link from the festival program for each group and photos.The copy right of all video materials and pictures are ownership of the Organization of the Festival.

  The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by Zagreb airport or Split   airport or other airports in Croatia and  picking them up from airport, during the festival days and back to airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number. Payment can be done on several parts.
