 With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups,orchestras,brass bands, majorette teams,vocal groups,art schools..) (children, youth and adult groups) to participate on  International Music & Dance festival “MAGICAL DUBAI”   11 - 17 December, DUBAI,UAE 2024

The festival is part of international event in Dubai.

The intention of our invitation  and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music in amaizing world city DUBAI. The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares.   

    DUBAI - amaizing city..Dubai is a city and emirate in the United Arab Emirates known for luxury shopping, ultramodern architecture and a lively nightlife scene. Burj Khalifa, an 830m-tall tower, dominates the skyscraper-filled skyline. At its foot lies Dubai Fountain, with jets and lights choreographed to music. On artificial islands just offshore is Atlantis, The Palm, a resort with water and marine-animal parks.More info on www.visitdubai.com

      General rules :

-         is a non-competitive sample of traditional and modern dances, brass bands, orchestras, modern dance groups, choral groups, majorette teams, instrumental groups and soloists, as well as groups and performers from other art styles.

-   Every Group has the right to participate. 

-  The number of participants are limited (only 3  groups from each country),

-         Each group should consist of most 40 members including dancers, managers,musicians and family members,

-         Ensemble should have prepared program from12 -15 minutes live or with USB.

-  For choral groups should prepare free program about 12 minutes The performances will be in the evening hours so you can plan the day ahead and use it for visiting the historical part of the city and  excursions.

-         To send us short CV (5- 6 sentenceson English), 5 photos of the group and link of video performance

-         To take a flag of the country,

-  Groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure,

Day 1 

  13.00.Arrivalin in Dubai,  hotel accommodation and  free time (beach time)

Day 2

 09.00 -10.00 Breakfast 

 10.00 -18.00 Visit – sightseeing Dubai (optional)

21.00 Free time in Dubai  

     Day 3

09.00 -10.00 Breakfast - buffet

  10.30 –16.00Visiting Baterfly or Miricle Garden (optional) or beach time) 

18.00 – 21.00 Festival evening (10 - 12 minutes program of each group, music on USB, certificates and gifts for the group)

 Day 4

 09.00 -10.00 Breakfast - buffet

  10.30 – 17.00 Safari in desert of DUBAI (optional or beach time or visiting Dubai moll wit fountaines)    

18.00   Integration day for all groups (workshop - learning different dances)  

    Day 5

   09.00 – 11.00 Breakfast - buffet

10.30 – 18.00 Visiting the traditional market in Greek Dubai or visiting EYE of DUBAI  and Madam Tusand museum, frame of Dubai,

21.00 Free time ( visiting Dubai Marina) 

Day 6

   09.00 – 11.00 Breakfast - buffet

Participation fee:

- 179 euro for 4 BB per person (4 nights/5 days  with breakfast) 

- 225 euro for 5 BB per person (5 nights/6 days with breakfast) 

   Hotel accommodation in wonderful 4* hotel MD hotel Al Barsha - link of the hotel: https://mdgewan.com/  or Grand Excelsior Al Barsha https://www.gehotels.com/ in Dubai in triple rooms  ..double rooms are 10 euro per person per night additional ..single rooms 47 euro per person per day..  

You can arrange dinner and it is 15 euro per person in MD hotel. 

Excursians are on your wish and with additional payment                                              

Festival organizers provide:

-         for 30 dancers – one gratis,

-         souvenir and gift for each group,

-         Certificate for attendance,

-   drinks during performance

-         advertising of the festival (press release, news letters, posters)

INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

On your request,  You can continue your stay in DUBAI. Price will be 49 euro BB in 4* hotels – price is special for the participants in festivals that we can provide in triple rooms.

Tourist tax is additional and it is 2 euro per prson per day.

For the country members of EU not need vissa for Dubai.

    After the festival finish organizers will send you link of the photos and videos from the festival program for each group and photos..

   The festival will organize the transfer for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Airport. The cost of the transportation will be covered by the group and will be additionally agreed according to their number.

Wizz Air has direct flight from Budapest to Dubai International airport and also Wizz Air has direct flight from many cities in EU  to ABU DABI. (Transfer from Abu Dabi to Hotel in Dubai is 38 euro per person 2 ways)

Also Fly Dubai and Turkesh airlines has good connections with Dubai.

Number of seats is limited on 200.
