 I N V I T A T I O N

   With pleasure we INVITE (folk ensembles,choral groups, orchestras,bras bands, modern dance groups,majorette teams..) (children, youth and adults groups) to participate on XI International music& folk - dance  festival    “ FETHIYE  FESTIVAL DAYS ”   18 - 22 May,  Fethiye,Turkey 

  The intention of our invitation  and the Festival light motive is to present the cultural tradition of different countries and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together, to establish friendships and culture presentation trough dance and music.The idea of the Festival is to bring the music closer to the people and to present the music on the streets and the squares.The festival is open for folk and choir ensembles, as well as orchestras and majorettes regardless of the members gender and age.

Fethiye is a Turkish resort city with a yacht-filled Old Harbor and beaches flanked by large hotels .More info on  https://www.fethiye-tours.com/

                      CONDITIONS:

Participants have to come Fethiye on 18 May  (hotel check in time is 11.00) and leaving time is 22 May  , starting from 11.00 a.m (after breakfast)

- Participiant number should me maximum 40 - 50 people

- There is no age limit for musicitions and dancers 

- Participants can use USB or live music .

- Participant groups need to send 5 different pictures , 1 video (which includes their performances) about their groups , 

 -.Participants will show their performance in place which is in accordance with the festival committee’s decision.

- While festival,participants will prepare their performance ,3 - 10 and at most 12 minutes longer.

- Performance will showed in open area.

- Festival committee will give a guide to all groups while festival.Festival language is English.

-  All groups will be accommodate in Sunshine holiday resort with all inclusive service (exept alcohol) in 3,4 and 5 badrooms

- The groups who comes to airport will be given free bus by festival committee for airport trasnsport and local transport.

-  Each group should bring flags of their countries with them and 3 gifts minimum,

PARTICIPATION FEE:

- 120 euro for 4 ALL INCLUSIVE days (4 nights, 5 days)  in Sunshine Holiday Resort in Fethiye  (in 3 and 4 bedroom). Visit www.sunshineholidayresort.com 

- 150 euro for 5 ALL INCLUSIVE days (5 nights, 6 days)  in Sunshine Holiday Resort in Fethiye  (in 3 and 4 bedroom). Visit www.sunshineholidayresort.com 

For double rooms additional paymant of 10 euro per day per person..

Festival organizers provide:

• for 20 people – one gratis,
• souvenir and gift for each group,
• Welcome cocktail with leaders of the groups
• Certificate for attendance,
• drinks during the performance,
• tourist guides for sightseeing of the town,
• free bus parking
• local transfer for the groups
• reception in city hall,
• advertising of the festival (press conference, radio and tv channels, social media promotion,posters and flayers).

INSURANCE:
Personal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available, medical services must be covered by the group.

After Groups arrived in Hotel will be given detailed program of the festival and each group will have guide during festival. 

You can prolonge your stay in Fethiye and it is 29 euro all inclusive  per day per person..
The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from Antalya  airport and inform how much it will cost. 
All detailed information  will be supply after your confirmation for participations.
In 2018 on this Festival participated over 560  (children,youth,adults ) participants from 11  countries of  Europe.

In 2019 on this Festival participated over 660  (children,youth,adults ) participants from 11  countries of  Europe. 

NUMBER OF SEATS IS LIMITED ON 400 or 10 -11 GROUPS..
