With pleasure we INVITE you (folk ensembles, Choral groups,orchestras, majorette teams,dance groups..), (children groups) to participate on  International  Children Music &dance festival “VELEKA FEST 2024” ,Burgas ,Sunny Beach from  07 - 10 June 2024

The aim of the interforum is: presenting the cultural traditions of different countries and nations, creative exchange of achievements in the field of music and dance, opportunity for the participants to get together and make friends through the cultural presentation of their art.

General rules:

- The festival is non-competitive and only children groups up to 16 years old. It is open to dance companies, folk dance ensembles and clubs, contemporary dance companies, majorette groups, traditional dance ensembles, vocal groups, choirs, instrumental groups, soloists, orchestras and performers of other arts.

 Duration: individual performer - up to 6 minutes, groups - up to 8 minutes, dance companies, clubs and ensembles - up to 10 minutes.

 Music to be: live, CD or flash drive /please underline the appropriate/

 Send a short story and 2-3 photos of the group, dance company or ensemble.

 All groups must wear a group name sign and country flag.

 Groups and companies must have their own transportation.

 The organizer can arrange a transfer of the groups arriving by air by shunting and sending them of to the airport. The transfer is covered by the groups and is further specified depending on the number of passengers.

PARTICIPATION FEE:

1. "HOTEL AQUA" *** in BURGAS 

- 135 EUR for 3 nights ( breakfast and dinner) per person in triple rooms,

- additional night is 45 euro

1. "HOTEL KAMELOT RESIDENCE " *** in Sunny Beach 

- 99 EUR for 3 nights ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) per person in triple and quadriple rooms,

- additional night is 33 euro

The participation fee also includes:

- on 25 persons - 1 free, on 50 /2 free

➢ certificate for participation

➢ souvenir and gifts for each group

➢ advertising at the festival (promotion on social mediums, posters and leaflets)

➢ Optional tours are not included in the price!

Personal liability and health insurance coverage are among the responsibilities of each group. First aid and medical care are covered by the group.
