I N V I T A T I O N

"Autumn Tbilisi - Yerevan" is one of the interesting festivals. If you participate in this festival you will have the opportunity to visit two Caucasus countries - Georgia and Armenia. The main purposes of festival are cultural development, friendly relations between different nationalities, cultural exchange and sightseeing of Armenia and Georgia. The festival is not a competition.

Participants:

• Dance groups
• Vocal groups
• Music groups

Age groups: from 8 up to 90 years old.

Participants will have entertainment program, sightseeing of Yerevan and Tbilisi.

Participants will receive prizes and diplomas, souvenirs and nominations.

Participants will stay for 3 nights (4 days) in Tbilisi (Georgia) and 3 nights (4 days) in Yerevan (Armenia).

Program:

01.10.2021 Arrival of participants in Tbilisi, registration in hotels. Sightseeing in Tbilisi.

02.10.2021 Opening of the festival where the groups will present program of 8-10 minutes.

03.10.2021 Second day - participants will receive diplomas and the groups will be present program of 8-10 minutes.

04.10.2021 Departure to Yerevan from Tbilisi. (Tbilisi – Yerevan is 270 km, duration 4-5 hours). Arrival in Yerevan, hotel accommodation and evening excursion in Yerevan.

05.10.2021 Opening of the festival where the groups will present program of 8-10 minutes.

06.10.2021 Closing ceremony of the festival where every group will be present program of 8-10 minutes. Participants will be awarded with diplomas and prizes.

07.10.2021 Departure of groups. The groups will be transferred by bus to the Tbilisi airport or Yerevan airport.

Participation fee:

• 250 Euro per person 
• 3 nights in Tbilisi and 3 nights in Yerevan in 4**** hotel with breakfast and lunch
• transfer from airport of Tbilisi to the hotel in Tbilisi, participation fee and transfer Tbilisi – Yerevan and back to the airport of Tbilisi or Yerevan airport 
• 190 Euro per person
• 3 nights in Tbilisi and 3 nights in Yerevan 3*** hotel with breakfast and lunch
• transfer from airport of Tbilisi to the hotel in Tbilisi, participation fee and transfer Tbilisi – Yerevan and back to the airport of Tbilisi or Yerevan airport
• Each 25th participant is accommodated free of charge. (24+1)

Any group willing to participate must submit an Application form.
Approved groups pay in advance a 10% guarantee fee, which is to be deducted at the final payment.

The participants should send another 10% of payment to the main organizer of the festival for booking hotels till 31st of July, the rest (80%) upon arrival.
