INVITATION

We invite you to join us in the historic and vibrant capital of Serbia, Belgrade, for the International Music & Dance Festival, taking place from 16–19 April 2026.

Belgrade, situated at the confluence of the Sava and Danube rivers, is one of the oldest cities in Europe. It stands as the capital of Serbian culture, education, and science, offering a wealth of historical sites, cultural events, and a famous vibrant nightlife. This city provides the perfect stage for a memorable cultural exchange during the festival.

The festival welcomes folk dance ensembles, choirs, vocal groups, and musical orchestras from all age groups.

 GENERAL INFORMATION

Groups will have one or two performances during the festival. Each group should bring the flag of their country and a board with the group’s name. Performances can be accompanied by an orchestra or USB/CD. Each group must complete an official application form and send the group’s history, 3–5 photos, and a video link by email. Groups are responsible for their own transportation, though local transfers may be arranged by the organizer at an additional cost. All participants must have international health insurance.

 ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Accommodation will be provided in 3-star hotels in Belgrade.

Participation Fee:
89 EUR per person for 2 nights with bed & breakfast (rooms with 2 or 3 beds)
110 EUR per person for 3 nights with bed & breakfast (rooms with 2 or 3 beds)

Additional Costs:
Single room surcharge: 25 EUR per room per day
Tourist tax, insurance, and all other unmentioned expenses are not included

Included by Organizers:
One free participation per 25 paying persons (the 26th person is free). Drivers are included in the total count.
Invitation letter, participation, and organization expenses
Diplomas, souvenirs, and an English-speaking guide

 PAYMENT & GENERAL CONDITIONS

Approved groups must pay a 10% guarantee fee in advance, which will be deducted from the final payment. An additional 20 EUR per person is required as a reservation fee, also deducted from the final payment. All bank taxes are covered by the group.
The remaining balance can be paid by bank transfer before arrival or in cash upon arrival.

If a group cancels less than 5 days before the festival, reservation expenses are non-refundable. Group leaders are responsible for their group’s behavior and any damages caused. The organizer reserves the right to video, photograph, and make program adjustments, informing participants promptly.
By applying, participants accept all festival conditions.

 EXCURSION INFORMATION

Belgrade offers rich opportunities for sightseeing, with numerous historical and cultural landmarks. On the arrival day and during the festival, groups will have free time to explore the city’s attractions, enjoy its vibrant nightlife, and experience scenic views along the Sava and Danube rivers.
Optional excursions and guided tours can be arranged by the organizer upon request at the group’s expense.
