Welcome to the International Festival in Calabria, a vibrant gathering of Marching Bands, Majorettes Groups, Folk Groups, Carnival Groups, Dance Schools, and more. This festival offers a unique opportunity to perform in a stunning coastal setting while engaging in cultural exchange and celebration.

• Spectacular performances in picturesque towns across Calabria.
• Participation in the Grand Parade of the Festa dei Colori 2025.
• Accommodation in a resort by the sea.

Participation Details

Eligibility

• Open to groups from all over the world.
• Participants must be aged 12+.
• Maximum group size: 40 people.

Performance Requirements

• Each group presents a free program of 30 minutes.
• Participation in the Grand Parade of Festa dei Colori 2025.
• Groups must bring national flags and a visible panel with their group name.
• Recommended: Small gifts for cultural exchange.
• Groups must provide a brief history, photos, and promotional materials for advertising.

Application Requirements

• Completed application form.
• Payment of 10% guarantee fee upon approval (deducted from final payment).
• Final payment deadline: 1 June 2025.

Participation Fee

Accommodation & Package:

Including Bed & Breakfast, 4 days/3 nights in a Seaside Resort

• €245 per adult (Double, triple, or quadruple rooms)
• €210 per child (4–14 years, in a room with 2 adults)
• Children up to 3 years: Free

Fee Includes:

• Accommodation for 3 nights at a resort by the sea.
• Daily breakfast and lunch/dinner.
• Transfers for the Festa dei Colori parade.
• City tax & registration fee.
• Assistance by festival personnel.

Additional Costs (Optional):

• Half-day excursions to explore Calabria.
• Extra nights available upon request.
• Special rates for airport transfers from Lamezia Terme or Bari.

Not Included:

• Flights & travel insurance.
• Responsibility for personal belongings.
• Domestic transfers.

Festival Program

Day 1 – 12 September 2025 (Arrival in Calabria)

• Arrival of all groups (by own transport or arranged transfers from Lamezia Terme or Bari Airports).
• Check-in at the resort by the sea.
• Dinner at the hotel.
• Late evening: Spectacular show featuring all groups.

Day 2 – 13 September 2025 (Leisure & Performance Evening)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Free day at leisure.
• Optional half-day excursions to scenic locations in Calabria.
• Lunch at the hotel.
• Evening performances in selected towns.

Day 3 – 14 September 2025 (Festa dei Colori 2025 Parade)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Free morning at leisure.
• Optional excursions available.
• Lunch at the hotel.
• Late afternoon: Transfer to the Grand Parade of the Festa dei Colori 2025.
• Official presentations & awards ceremony.

Day 4 – 15 September 2025 (Departure)

• Breakfast at the hotel.
• Check-out and departure of groups.

Organizer’s Right to Modify:

• The organizer reserves the right to change the program due to organizational needs.
