The Summer Carnival is open for Folklore groups, Marching Bands, Majorettes Groups, Carnival Groups and Dance Schools.

 DRAFT PROGRAMME

 Day 1

Arrival of all groups in Calabria Region, either by their own transport directly to the Hotel, or else by air to the Lametia Terme or Bari Airports and then with arranged airport transfers by the Organisation.

Transfer to the fantastic resort Villagio Sant’Andrea Resort.

Dinner at the Hotel.

In the late evening, spectacular show at the Hotel with the participation of all groups.

Day 2

Breakfast at the Hotel and free day at leisure.

For those who would like, there will be half day optional excursions to wonderful places in Calabria.

Lunch at the Hotel

In the late evening, spectacular show at the Hotel with the participation of all groups.

Day 3

Breakfast at the Hotel and free day at leisure.

For those who would like, there will be also the half day optional excursions already mentioned.

Lunch at the Hotel.

Late afternoon, transfer of all groups to the Grand Parade of the Festa dei Colori 2024, which is going to be held in the region..

At the end of the parades and shows, there will be official presentations to all groups by the Local Authorities and by the Festival Organisation.

Day 4

Breakfast at the Hotel and check out.

Departure of all groups. Depending on the flight itineraries, the Organisation will arrange so that on the way to the Airport, we will stop the groups at a touristic or cultural place for sightseeing.

PARTICIPATION FEE

Subsidised prices per person for participating groups (including Airport transfers/tour)

Adults in double, triple or quadruple rooms - €280

Children in room with 2 adults (3 – 10 years) – €240

Children up to 3 years – Free

N.B.

• The above programme is only a draft and indicative one and may undergo changes due to organisational issues. The final programme with the exact venues and times of all performances will be issued after the Organisation conclude the list of participants.

• If the group arrives by air, it is possible to arrange special rates for the transfer from Lametia Terme or Bari airport to the hotel and back.

• If due flight itineraries or else if you prefer so, you will have to spend extra nights, arrangements can be done.

• Each group is responsible for airfare/transportation to Italy.

• Participating groups should take the Festival accommodation

packages.
