   With pleasure we INVITE you (Folk ensembles, Choral groups, Ballroom dance teams, art schools, Music theatre, modern dance teams, orchestras and majorette teams), (adults groups) to participate on  XII INTERNATIONAL MUSIC & DANCE FESTIVAL “VALEKA FEST 2024 ” from 30 august - 02 September,Burgas,BULGARIA  2024

The purpose of the international forum is the representation of the cultural traditions of different countries and nationalities, the artistic exchange of music and dance performances, introducing the participants to each other and enabling them to establish a friendship while culturally presenting their art.

The festival has no competitive nature or age restrictions.

Participants may be: groups, clubs, groups for modern dancing, cheerleaders, character dance ensembles, vocal groups, choirs, instrumental groups, soloists, orchestra or performers of other kinds of art.Only adults groups over 18 year old

• Each group must prepare a 12-15 minute performance

• The music can be: live, CD, USB

• Please send a short story of you or your group and 2-3 pictures as well

• You must have a flag of your country and a sign of your group

• The groups must have their own transportation

• The accommodations are in a 3 star hotel

• The cost of the stay is the responsibility of the participants in the festival

The participants will receive:

- Certificate of participation

- A diploma and plaque for each group

- mineral water during the performances

- festival advertisements

Any personal or health insurances and First Aid or Emergency care are the responsibility of the groups themselves.

1. "HOTEL AQUA" *** in BURGAS 

- 144 EUR for 3 nights ( breakfast and dinner) per person in triple rooms,

- additional night is 48 euro

1. "HOTEL KAMELOT RESIDENCE " *** in Sunny Beach   

- 120 EUR for 3 nights ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) per person in triple and quadriple rooms,

- additional night is 40 euro

 For a group of 25 people – 1 free for 50 people 2 free places.

The participation fee also includes:

➢ invitation to participate

➢ certificate for participation

➢ souvenir and gifts for each group

➢ advertising at the festival (press, radio and television, posters and leaflets)

➢ Optional tours are not included in the price!

After booking the groups at the hotel, they will be given a detailed program for the festival
