PARTICIPATION INFO

Eligible Categories:
● Folk Ensembles
● Modern Dance Groups
● Choral Groups
● Orchestras
● Brass Bands
● Majorette Teams
Age Groups:
● Children’s Ensembles (2/3 of participants must be 16 or younger)
● Youth Ensembles (2/3 of participants must be 25 or younger)
● Adult Ensembles (1/3 of participants must be older than 25)
Performance Duration: 10-15 minutes per group
Group Size: Up to 70 members, including dancers, managers, and musicians
Group Limit: Maximum of 3 groups per country
Program Requirements:
● At least 2 dances, 10-15 minutes each, with USB or orchestra accompaniment
● Performances will be in the evening; daytime free for sightseeing
Required Documents:
● Short CV in English (6-7 sentences)
● 5 photos of the group
● National flag(s)
Transportation: Groups should arrange their own transport for arrival and departure

Participation Fee:
● €112 per person for 3 HB (3 nights, 2 meals per day)
● €149 per person for 4 HB (4 nights, 2 meals per day)

PROGRAM INFO

Day 1:
● 13:00 – Arrival in Budva, hotel check-in, free time (swimming, sunbathing)
● 19:00 – 20:00 – Dinner at hotel
● 21:00 – Welcome reception with group leaders

Day 2:
● 08:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast (open buffet)
● 10:00 – 14:00 – Budva sightseeing with local guide, boat cruise to St. Stefan (€14 per person)
● 17:30 – 19:00 – Dinner at hotel
● 20:00 – 22:00 – Defile of the groups in Old City, dancing presentation
Day 3:
● 09:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast
● 10:00 – 18:00 – Visit to Kotor with tour guide (€12 per person) or visit to Dubrovnik, Croatia (optional, €16 per person) or beach time
● 18:00 – 19:00 – Dinner at hotel
● 20:00 – 23:00 – Festival evening with certificates and gift exchange between group leaders
Day 4:
● 08:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast
● 10:00 – 18:00 – Visit Kotor, Herceg Novi, or boat trip to Boka Kotorska Bay, visit to Dubrovnik, or visit Aqua park or beach time
● 19:00 – 21:00 – Dinner at hotel
● 21:00 – Free time (optional: visit open discotheque or restaurant)
Day 5:
● 09:00 – Breakfast
● 11:00 – Departure of participants
Optional (Day 6 & 7):
● 08:00 – 10:00 – Breakfast
● 10:00 – 16:00 – Beach time, free activities
● 19:00 – 20:00 – Dinner at hotel
