INVITATION

We are pleased to INVITE you to participate in the Colourful Carnival in Hammamet, Tunisia. Each group is required to consist of 20 to 30 performers with colorful costumes and shows, with members aged between 20 and 30, including a minimum of 4 to 6 musicians.

THE GROUP CAN CHOOSE TO COME ONE OF THESE DAYS AND MUST CONSIST OF MINIMUM 20 TO MAXIMUM 30 PERSONS

  A)From Tuesday 31 March 2026 to Tuesday 7 April 2026

B)Or  from Wednesday 1 April 2026 to Wednesday 8 April 2026

C) Or from Thursday 2 April 2026 to Thursday 9 April 2026

D) Your Group must pay Air-tickets plus 100 Euros per person as participation fee

Organisers provide:

- free Meet and assist in the airport or port

- Transfers Airport or Port /Nice Hotel I Yasmine Hammamet/ Airport or Port

- Nice Hotel/normally 4 stars with 3 meals/drinks each day/full-board - Hotel have swimming pool and sand beach either at the back of hotel or few metres away

- Transfers to hotels where your group will perform

- Participation in our Colourful Carnival together with other foreign and Tunisian Groups

- Reward/Souvenir and Diploma to Group Leader

PROGRAMME OF PERFORMANCES FOR THE GROUPS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS

FRIDAY 3 APRIL - some groups will perform in NABEUL/nearby city and some Groups will perform in Hammamet City

SATURDAY 4 APRIL

/MORNING - Some groups will perform in YASMINE HAMMAMET MEDINA

5.00PM - THE MAIN GRAND CARNIVAL PARADE - WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF ALL FOREIGN AND TUNISIAN GROUPS TO PERFORM AND SOME MECHANICAL CARNIVAL FLOATS

SUNDAY 5 APRIL/

MORNING - Some groups will perform in YASMINE HAMMAMET MEDINA

AFTERNOON - 5.00PM - SECOND CARNIVAL PARADE WITH ALL GROUPS AND CARNIVAL FLOATS

MONDAY 6 APRIL - 

FAREWELL GET TOGETHER - EXCHANGING OF GIFTS AND DIPLOMAS/ALL MAMBERS OF ALL PARTICIPATING GROUPS WILL BE INVITED

YOUR GROUP WILL ALSO GIVE SOME PERFORMANCES/SHOWS IN HOTEL/ONLY AT NIGHT - AFTER DINNER/STARTING FROM 9.00PM ONWARDS/45 MINUTES SHOWS IN HOTELS

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Travel to Tunisia is the responsibility of the group. The participation fee is €100 per person. Family, friends, or relatives joining with the group may participate at €250 per person for the same services.

Included in the participation fee:
Meet and assist at the airport, transfers between airport and hotel, accommodation at a hotel with swimming pool, three meals and non-alcoholic drinks daily, participation in the carnival alongside local and foreign groups (approx. 1,000 performers), transportation to performance venues, and farewell get-together with gifts and diplomas for group leaders.

Rooms are available as double or triple occupancy. Final rooming lists with participant names and details must be sent to the organizers.

PROGRAM INFO

During the carnival, groups will participate in afternoon carnival parades. Evening performances will take place at various hotels. Free-time activities include swimming, shopping (leather goods, ceramics, carpets, handicrafts), and sightseeing.

To confirm participation, submit the application form with group photos, video clips, and a group profile.

Optional excursions at additional cost include:

Camel/Horse Riding – A fun and entertaining tour.
Tunis Capital Excursion – Visit the Bardo Museum, Carthage Palace, and Medina for shopping.
Sousse & Port El Kantaoui – Popular tourist area with shopping opportunities.
Kairouan – Visit the 4th largest mosque in the world and explore local markets.
Monastir – Visit the mausoleum of Habib Bourguiba, former president of Tunisia.
Tunisian Night – Evening with belly dancers, acrobatic shows, and traditional performances.
